Better orientation towards customers instead of fellow staff members would yield higher star ratings. I gave this a 4 star rating as I've personally had an overall great experience but that's because of my military background and the rapport I built there from knowing how to speak with people. Not everyone can do that-- and those customers will almost ALWAYS look at customer service at face value. The front check-out staff definitely takes a long time to address customers and their concerns and most of the registers are quite literally empty. More feet need to be on the ground to address this issue. Secondly, less chatter with fellow staff. We get it; you're friends-- that's great, but when a customer comes, the eyes, ears and mouths should be towards the customers needs solely. We don't need to see smirks and awkward looks along with hearing conversations that are not geared towards us. Have your personal conversations on your break or when customers aren't around as it is unprofessional and impolite to the people around. Last but not least-- stop selling used items to customers. I cannot count how many times I've purchased returned products that I've had to wash for the same new price. And if you cannot deliver a particular size in brand new/ non-used quality then have a system that allows a brand new one to be shipped to customer. Take the unknown in quality out. The Canadian customer has the full right to know that what they are buying is brand new and not returned and or used merchandise. THIS PART IS FOR EXECUTIVES OF FOOTLOCKER: PLEASE SWITCH TO ONE DISPLAY FOR EACH SIZE!!! THIS WILL MITIGATE THE USED CLOTHING ASPECT. IT HURTS YOU ONLY A LITTLE BUT IT WILL GREATLY INCREASE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. PEOPLE LIKE ME THAT HAVE MONEY WILL SHOP A LOT MORE HERE IF THAT WAS ADDRESSED. I OFTEN DO NOT BUY CLOTHES FROM THIS STORE AS THEY ARE OVERLY USED AND SOMETIMES THERE ARE PUBIC HAIRS FOUND INSIDE WHITE LOWER GARMENTS WHEN THEY ARE TURNED INSIDE OUT DURING PURCHASE. THAT IS UNHYGIENIC AND GROSS. FIX THAT AND YOU WILL HAVE BETTER SALES REVENUE. 4 Stars for an overall great satisfaction (and I was generous with my rating). EDIT: Changed rating to 1 star. The boot that arrived in the mail in exchange for a full adults size was offered as a kids/ juniors size. Not only is the leather synthetic but it cost much less than what I paid for and this is a gift! I'm quite disheartened by this blatant dishonesty. I even told the cashier girl that it says kids on the receipt when it shouldn't be. She said not to worry about it as they have put in the correct order in the system. Alas, not the case. I will be visiting about this. I'm literally robbed of money here guys. How could you all let this happen. Baffled.

I came in here after going to the foot action downstairs and was told that they didn't have the size I wanted. They told me that the foot locker in Pickering mall had it. After going to the Pickering mall, it turned out that i needed a smaller size than I thought I needed. The foot locker sales associate appeared to hardly want to talk to me. She walked away after telling me they didn't have smaller size there. I had to go and ask her if she could tell me which one of the stores had my size. She informed me that Scarborough town center foot locker had it and walked off. I came into this store and asked one of the reps for the size I needed. After my son tried on the boots, they were a bit tight and needed a half size bigger which they didn't have. Chad the sales rep who was standing close by offered his help and asked if my son wanted to try on a different colored boots, the same style, in the size that he needed so that he would know how it feels. That was such a huge help. My son found the exact size he needed and Chad explained that if we ordered it at the register, it would delivered to my home. That was great customer service. He was pleasant, he listened, was not pushy, and he offered help. It was such a pleasure to be helped by a sales representative who actually seemed like he wanted to help. He saved me a lot of time just by letting my son try on the size he needed in a different color and ordered it for me. Thank you Chad. The next time I go here I will wait until Chad is available to help me. He is an asset to this store.

Worst foot locker. I was purchasing a shoe with my gift card but their system hanged and said they need to have a manager to fix the issue because my gift card was processed and they couldnt refund it back. They told me to come back the following day, just to finish the transaction and get the shoe. Surprisingly when i talked to them the following day, no one knew about the issue. Not even the managers (Alicia and Jay). They even asked me to go STC services and ask them to fix the issue which is clearly footlocker who should be the one to fix the problem since its their system's problem. When i called the Gift card hotline, they said there is nothing they can do because the gift card balance was successfully transferred to Foot Locker STC. The only thing that could fix this was the store it self. Which is correct. Its been 2 weeks and im always asking them to follow-up but never received any feedback or update. I know my Gift card was only $100 maybe thats why there is no sense of urgency with the store. The Girl that assisted me on the day of the sale was Gally and i could not reach her anymore. Im not sure if she's still working there or not. She didnt even gave me a transaction number or reference number. She just gave me a piece of paper with her name and the name of the managers. I have been buying all my sporting goods at Foot Locker stores (crep protect / shoes / socks), And this is the thanks i get. So disappointing.

Took a pair of shoes to make an exchange due to wrong size. They didn't have the right size so we made an online order and they send the exact same size, so we had to go and make another exchange. This same issue is happening at a different location at Gerrard Square. Funny thing is, the staff was calling names to the staff that made the mistake at this store, and she made the exact same mistake on another pair of shoes. Also, nothing has been done other than sorry here's your refund and the shoes you wanted is no longer available. So it was available when you placed the order but it became unavailable a week or 2 later.

The store is a complete disaster, and it's all thanks to the manager. I've never encountered someone so rude and uninterested in their job. It's like they went out of their way to be unhelpful. This manager deserves a special place in retail hell. Not only were they rude and unprofessional, but they also refused to process a simple return. The level of incompetence and arrogance that the manger and the staff members had is unparalleled. I wouldn't wish a shopping experience at this store on my worst enemy. Avoid it like the plague if you value your time, sanity, and money.

Cashier who ringed me out was so incompetent failed to take off the security tag and forgot to give my receipt she failed to recognize and take off the tag as she was to busy talking to her other co-worker who was standing their like a statue. Not a pleasant visit and the cashiers not fit for any job spent over 100 there and my clothes now have holes in them due to their failure to remove the tag in the first place pure idiotic people don’t know how you can run a retail business with people like that utterly not impressed

I believe the staff's name was Marlon, but that man is a champ! We had called first thing in the morning for the associate to put aside a pair of vans for my boyfriend. He couldn't initially find it, but he double & tripled checked the back to find them. He also advised us how to handle a gift card that didn't have a PIN, and was just overall super helpful. Thank you so much! We appreciate your hard work. Also the girl at the check out, I'm sorry, I forgot your name, you were great as well. Thanks for helping us out :)

On April 21, 8pm, we visited your STC store. Your RUDE FEMALE cashier (8pm) who would not attend to my daughter when she was asking for size. We were there to spend money, to buy our family of five shoes, but your attitude OF NON SERVICE AND DISMISSIVENESS turned us off. If you can’t serve customers (including your store manager whom you were gossiping with after not serving us) , proves and shows the standard you have in store. You are ALL disgusting.

Amazing sales team!! ALICIA B. helped me buy my Nike ZOOM Winflo 8 and made suggestions as to which style to try and which size best worked for me. Tried on quite a few pairs and she was so patient. Also Joshua R added his opinion with the fit. Thought I was a size 10 ladies and ended up with a 9.5 mens. Their expert advice was invaluable to someone just starting a fitness routine.

Also we safe money too because online was more money compare to store had a bit discounted. Want to say how even though we had two sales associates that were not that helpful we were then served by sales associate Jomo B. who was extremely helpful, attentive and had an overall positive attitude. He was helping numerous people at the same time while giving each person his undivided attention. I would find him again if I came to shop at this mall again.

I recently visited to get a pair of Nike court vision shoes for my return to campus at York. Being a basketball mom, I've spent quite a lot of money in Footlocker over the past two decades. The gentlemen who brought me the shoes to try on was attentive and extremely professional and the girl at the till was absolutely lovely! Will visit again.

Worst place to buy shoes. Bad service and people are not professional. I went to get refund for my shoes because they were not comfortable and two ladies were so rude to me and didn’t replace and refund it was only one week of purchase.

Employees here are the worst.Came here on boxing day with my son and my brother and they treated us like we’re thieves.End up buying the shoes online from their competitor. I dont recommend this place go buy your shoes somewhere else.
