Seriously- AMAZING. There were a whole bunch of drunk people in front of my house at 1:30am on a weeknight for over half an hour- they parked in our driveway and were being belligerent with the loud laughing and arguing. They kept getting closer to my house so I didn't know what to expect. Called the non-emergency line, the first officer that answered was awesome, and dispatch was okay- but the real show stopper was the 3 SUV Police vehicles that showed up parading down my street with search lights in under 10min! It was seriously boss. Nothing like the 40min wait out in Harris for a single officer to show up. I respect officers for their efforts I can't see, but I can't say I've ever liked them. This experience has changed my mind. The officers were so chill, asked me if I felt safe and waited until I went inside before leaving. I've never felt more protected and guarded by any officer ever. The officers in Harris County have a lot to catch up on. These guys (and gals) were amazing! Thank you so much! This gives me peace of mind if I ever need to call them again.
Had to go into file a report on mother's day, something I never wanted to do in my lifetime. I was feeling guilty, anxious, worried, and sad. Officer Ford spoke to me before I left, gave me sincere advice and helped lift my spirits. It bothers me to see how media is influencing people to believe that all law enforcement is bad, corrupt. There's going to be bad apples everywhere you go, but there's also a lot of good ones. You have someone working late nights, putting their own life on the line for others, with a family of their own, kids... who genuinely cares about others? That's worth more than every tax dollar spent. Thank you guys for all that you do! :)
My friend's vehicle got break in and lost something very valuable. They told us they are busy, so we have to drove 20 mins to this location. After we got here, the front desk told us they have 2 min shift change. And we are still waiting after 20 mins wait.....
