Recently purchased custom wine racks from Howards Storage Atarmon, to mach previously installed racks of the same construction. While the manufacturer seems difficult to contact and get feedback from, the Howards staff have been helpful and pleasant at all times, and most importantly do what they say they will do. I wanted to try to get delivery direct from the manufacturer as my vehicle would unlikely be big enough. In the end, Howards arranged delivery, using an employees large vehicle. Products are great and priced not too unreasonably. It's just a shame that the store at the time we entered it was severely let down by its lack of customer service. The store was empty and there were 3 staff behind the counter. There was no greeting or acknowledgement towards my partner and I. They seemed more preoccupied with having personal conversations among themselves. They looked straight at us and didn't acknowledge us and continued with their own conversation. We went in with high hopes of getting a few items for the home but we walked out instead disappointed.

Favourite store, favourite location, favourite staff. Always amazing service - today they got in touch with the supplier and got in a replacement castor wheel for my drying rack that got broken moving interstate. I've been making do and it's been annoying me no end. They made it seem like no trouble at all. Brilliant 5 star customer service

Large range of storage ware and reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable on all the products, even offered to help carry our items to the car. Plenty of parking available in this centre which makes it easy when buying bulkier items.

Kylie and Matt are legends at the store. Great service, good product knowledge and concise. Went out of their way to help me get the products I needed. Will come back again. Not 5 star but 6 star service.
