By far the worst experience I've had with doing my taxes somewhere. To begin, it was a struggle to even get an appointment. They kept telling me they would call back to give me an appointment except they never asked for my number so they had somewhere to call back. After my third try I was finally able to schedule an appointment. Just 30 minutes before my appointment the secretary calls and tells me it's been moved to 2.5 hours later than the original time. I live an hour and a half away from this place and the only reason I even considered it was because a close friend recommended them. Nevertheless, I decided to wait it out only to then be told the tax preparer was not going to show up due to unforseen circumstances. I understand, sometimes things happen. But there should be clear communication, if you have the feeling your not going to make it, don't say you will. Wish I would've just gone to my last years taxpreparer. I could've saved 4 hours of my time and the $50 it took to get to and from this place.
