Three staff at the front counter but no service??? It seems I got there at personal catchup and refreshment time. Only one other customer to be served. I waited for this to be done as the other staff members chatted. The previous customer left and still I waited while all three caried on with their conversation while I was waiting for service. With a seriously ill person at home, I decided to leave my purchase on the counter and was finally acknowledged by a staff member (she had just finished sipping from her drink bottle) who quipped that I should have patience.... I did have patience but it evaporated as I was left listening to their exchanges while waiting for service.

Useless chemist give my daughter the wrong medication and choose not fix the problem. Then get in contact my doctor contact them what they got someone come up give my daughter correct medication what the person handed me wrong medication what I had run outside say this isn’t my daughter medication Learn to do your job correctly wouldn’t recommend anyone bothering rude staff plus useless doing there job.

Had an appointment for a covid injection. Was asked if I was being seen too after a 20minute wait. The lady didn't chase it up with the pharmacist. She just said to me 'he's most probably getting it ready now' So after another 25minutes wait I lined up to be seen. I had no feedback to the reason why I wasn't seen too 45minutes earlier. Staff weren't friendly

Very friendly and helpful staff. The chemist is always busy, which I choose to indicate that it is popular. Foot traffic always tells a story. The new owners are continually getting more stock in and have advertised for more staff. I will see you for my chemist needs. Wishing you all a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year.

I have been going to hub chemist for years all the staff are helpful and remember your name. It has improved store variability and prices are much lower. At the moment I’m having medical treatment and the free delivery service so helpful We certainly won’t be going to any other pharmacy Thanks

Seems they never have enough front counter staff. Too often, the queue goes back to the scrip counter and too often people are waiting to be served at the lotto desk. If you can’t accommodate customers, at least jettison the lotto outlet and get back to proper customer service.

The staff here are trypically very friendly and accommodating. We have been using this pharmacy ever since we moved to Aberfoyle Park and while the name had changed multiple times the people are the same. Many know me by name and are always welcoming and cooperative.

The staff at the Hub Chemist, know my medical history and furnish all my prescriptions. Their knowledge og jy history makes me feel very secure knowing they will not allow me to take any medication that is not in my interest. Well done all for being there.

Staff and pharmacists are great and helpful. Pharmacy is terribly understaffed. This never seems to change. Had to ring 13 times for the phone to be answered. Delivery is advertised but limited to 3 days on average. Owners need to put on MORE staff

Excellent customer service, really helpful and always very friendly. Shop is always really clean, great specials always available and love the rewards card they have. Expert advice at hand and quick turn around when needed with service.

Very poor service from "Hayley" and then the old woman with the false eyelashes who stated "she'd support Hayley" as she didn't mean what she'd said. Sadly not the customer service one expects from a pharmacy.

I love the convenience of having my scripts on file and I can just ring up and ask them to be dispensed. Then, either pick them up later in the day, or delivered for free! Great service.Thank you.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. We've been coming here almost 10 years - since we moved into the area - i don't recall ever having had an issue with staff or range products available.

The older lady with the very short blonde hair needs lessons in customer skills as she is very rude when you simply ask a question. Everyone else is nice but she spoils it for this chemist

Always has friendly staff ready to help. The pharmacists work their bootys off filling the scripts, yet I rarely have to wait longer than 15-20min. Great Place.

I have been coming to this chemist for over 30 years and have always found the staff generally very helpful and friendly. I suppose you get back what you give.

Local chemist we have used for many years recently changed ownership but service remains wonderful with the bonus of competitive discount on many items

Generally friendly staff, however understaffing or other issues make script times unreasonable 20 - 40 minutes if you live close and are in no hurry.

Doesn't seem to be enough serving staff. Scripts take a long time to fill. A greater level of customer service wouldn't go astray.

Decent pharmacy, always get my prescription and supplements from and a lot cheaper than supermarket, so good smiley stuff there
