Horrible experience. We bought a jacket at 30% off and went back to buy another one. I saw the same jacket which I’d bought a week ago ago at 50% now. I asked staff if anything could be done. The managers outright reply seemed full of rudeness and racism. She said - “We won’t give you back any money”. Did I ask for money??? I wasn’t at a dollar store. Though staff at $$ store is extremely polite. My husband went to get to get the jacket, the staff grouped together, pointing fingers at me and discussing something. Finally after our repeated request, we managed to exchange/ by back our same jacket at the new price. However the experience was so embarrassing for us that we didn’t buy the second jacket we had chosen. It was a horrible & traumatic decision to visit a Hugo boss store. I’m sure of your rude customer service now, but how you address my grievance is yet to be seen.

For a new store in Tanger, employees seem to have way too much attitude to work in a customer service environment. Awful customer service. Purchased a few items as a present. Wael did not bother to let me know the store does not do refunds. Employees acting like they’re in high school. I went back for an exchange the next day which created a credit and Nour let me know the store does not refunds, when I asked why I wasn’t told that yesterday i was referred with an attitude by Nour to a no refund policy that customers have no way of seeing when finalizing a transaction OR to the receipt that I received AFTER the purchase. That was after she was done screaming at the other employee boyfriend asking him who he was with the night before in Arabic.Too much attitude and a younger crowd running a brand name store

I'm really disappointed with my recent experience at the Hugo Boss store in Kanata. When I went to use the discounts that were promised to me, I had to jump through so many hoops just to get them. It was incredibly frustrating, and it made me feel like the store didn't really care about my business. On top of that, the manager was incredibly rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing them by even being in the store. It's unacceptable for any customer to be treated that way, especially by a manager. I hope that the store takes steps to improve their customer service and ensure that future customers don't have to go through the same negative experience that I did

The staff is very unprofessional. They keep talking to each other while the customer is standing in front of them at the counter waiting for an answer. No one is experienced enough in retail except for one lady bragging loudly in front of all customers in the store that there isn’t any Hugo Boss store in the GTA where she hasn’t worked which was also distracting and unprofessional for a premium brand. Worst thing is their no return policy. The same hugo boss product I noticed online was cheaper with an additional 20% coupon and the store would not even price match their own price.

Horrible experience. I was there August 14th and I saw what I believe to be a manager there, speaking loudly and inappropriately to a man that appeared to be her friend, and the man was cussing and vaping by the counter in the middle of the store while the manager stood there and laughed. The customers who were around, including myself were very uncomfortable as a result of this behaviour. For a supposedly luxury store like Hugo Boss I did not expect such low class and unprofessional behavior.

I want to start by saying I typically give a five star review even when I’m not blown away by a business… The staff working at this location are terrible. Whoever is doing the hiring here needs better judgement. There is a total lack of customer service, every time I have been here. Very contradictory to the Hugo Boss brand. Wake up Hugo Boss, this store is about to go down in flames

I thought this was supposed to be a high end fashion store, not a middle school playground. I walk in and within 5 minutes of browsing around, I hear a couple women screaming and laughing in the backroom for minutes on end. I wouldn't care as much about this if I was shopping at Old Navy but for a place where I'm spending $100 on a t-shirt, come on... Super unprofessional.

Really embarrassing for shopping there. I thought boss is at least an above average brand but service is so bad there. Staffs ignore customers, and you have to speak their language to get serviced (not English nor French). Next door Ralph Laurent is much better. At least their staffs is helpful

I visited this store during Black Friday and I have to say with all the customers in the store the staff were able to help me purchase a suit for my wedding. Thank you to the sales associate and the manager allowing me to keep the suit in store until I could pick it up.

The store is great! Nice addition to Tanger. Good selection of clothing and really good prices for Hugo Boss. Nothing to compare to because this is the only Hugo Boss store in the greater Ottawa area. There's also a promotion on suits right now that's really reasonable.

Very unpleasant experience. I went back to exchange a jacket that is a little bigger than my size. I was told to keep it at the counter (!) while I was looking for the same jacket but just a size smaller. That was rude and seemed they don't trust customers.

Had a wonderful experience at the Hugo Boss store today. I was in the market for a new Suit and I felt very welcomed, received all the help I could ask for and even more. Great Service from the Salesman and great environment!

Customer service was good but I went when it wasn't busy. Got a 40% discount and their prices were already cheaper than their website. They also have a bigger collection than other boss stores.

Absolutely worst customer service! 3 people working not one person acknowledged us even when my husband tries on a suit. We left because we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable!
