Avoid this organization if you can. Apply for NYS programs directly. Multiple people told me I was not eligible for medicaid without even looking up my account. Ends up I had been approved months ago, but no one told me... Finally just had my first doctor visit and now they are trying to cancel it due to “double coverage” with insurance I haven’t had for months. When I try to contact them, either no one picks up, or again they refuse to look up my account and give me incorrect, vague info. Last two women yelled at me because they got impatient as I explained my situation... The incompetence and lack of compassion somehow shocks me every time I have to contact them.

I have tried this site many times. Any mistakes they will not allow you to fix. I have called number too speak with someone about this either a recording or nothing. Right now it's hard to get any help unless you have been on this service for a while.

Extremely rude. Un helpful. No courtesy at all. They tell me I don't qualify without even doing an interview. Doing their job bothers them. They act like I wanna be there all day wasting my time because I don't have anything else to do.

Wicked rude individual, the lady has no courtesy for human approach. I wonder how people get jobs like this with such characters. Not helpful but I believe this is what we all have to go through at this center. Thanks for being rude

Staff treat veterans if the armed forces with honor. Security is very cordial. Seldom crowded.
