Always super busy so service is slow. The 2 times we've been there they have got our order wrong and then it's another 10 minute wait while they fix it so the rest of the meal is cold by the time you get to eat. Possibly the worst HJs we've been to. More

No straws Really??? I ordered an iced coffee with pearls. No customer can drink it without a straw. And the staff asked me to use a spoon to DRINK or go to KFC to grab one straw. Ha ha ha, ridiculous experience at Hungry Jacks. More
They "hired" my 15 year old daughter in August last year (2023). She completed all their paperwork and did 3 hours of online training (which she was supposed to be paid for), then they completely ghosted her.
