Ordered a Vegan Rebel Whopper here, the guy took the order correctly but served the whopper without cheese, on asking for change he took my burger with his hands with no gloves on, 10 secs later my whopper comes back and tasted stale. Most low quality burger ever coming out of HJ. Should have read the reviews before coming here.

They dont know anything about hygiene. Using gloves when out the back is fine when they come to serve a customer and dont take them off is so un hygiene when going to handle money when you say something to them they just look at you stupid. As its not that hard to change gloves. And management dont seem to care about it.

Floors were a little slippery and tables needed a good wipe down and just wish people would get rid of their own rubbish, instead of leaving it for other customers to clear away, I'm sorry but its a fast food restaurant joined onto a service station, typical food as you would expect... hey it's Hungry Jack's.

Hate Drive through orders always stuffed and you don't know till you stop to eat. I ordered and paid extra for a chicken Stunner meal, got home and had a cheese burger meal, come on one job.......... When she read back the menu before pick up she said Chicken so i did not even think to double check.

I was disgusted to witness that staff were treated with absolute disrespect from a shift supervisor. The order was processed efficiently however product quality needs immediate improvement. These results can be improved with extended training and the maintenance of the team moral.

Order took FOREVER, and then the food was cold by the time I got in my car. After waiting so long, I didn't have the time or energy to go back in to have it re-made. There was one other person waiting for an order at the same time, so they weren't busy. Very disappointing. More

So it doesn't usually happen at HJs but in this particular instance at drive thru in morning I got my order which was burnt and smelly. I gave feedback and emailed as well but didn't got a response. Didn't went back as I was already home. Hope you guys look into it.

Ordered via Uber eats don’t order from this hungry jacks, I got my money back from Uber eats (thank god!). It was as if they gave me the chips that other customers didn’t eat while dining in. It might as well have come from the trash.

Our burgers tasted like they've been sitting there for hours, the chips were undercooked and the soft drink tasted like they don't know how to refill the machine with syrup. Avoid this hungry jacks until they train their staff to a competent level.
