I took my son to the walk in clinic, and thought I would get his prescription from this place since it was near by. The staff were super friendly, sweet and very patient with me because my son wasn’t having a good day! They helped me a lot and even when I called them back to clarify some things, they were very knowledgeable and caring! Often, other pharmacies just give you your medication and brush you off, but at this location, it clearly shows how caring and attentive they are to their customers! I will definitely be coming here more often!! Thank you once again to the staffs for being patient with me and my 2 year old :)

Generally a good pharmacy but they lost a script after calling and informing us that the script was ready for pick up. When I went to pick it up they said they didn’t have it and script was not sent to them but why would they call to say it was ready for pick up if it wasn’t. I received confirmation from the doctor that it was sent to this pharmacy and still they continue to say they didn’t have it on file. I now have to go back to my doctor and get this script sent again but this time I’m sending to another pharmacy. Happy that I transferred out of this pharmacy because that is not good client care.

I love this pharmacy! I have 0 complaints. Prescriptions are always ready on time, the staff is AMAZING and they do go the extra mile if you need it. The pharmacists offer great advice and don’t only offer advice that entails using their products. I really do feel like they care for their clients. Love this place!

Love this pharmacy. I can renew online, I never wait more then a few minutes if I go with a paper prescription. the staff are knowledgeable, nice and polite. The service is hands down 100% better then a big pharmacy chain. Never had an issue direct billing my insurance. Wold recommend!!

Very helpful and knowledgable staff. Very communicative and kind, offer delivery service to any location in Ottawa promptly. Very impressed with my experience here and in fact switched from a big box pharmacy to deal with this local business. Practice covid measures too. Thank you.

The pharmacists lack knowledge and experience. No patience for anyone and rude. Beware of mixing up prescriptions especially with the assistant named Rania. She's Lazy and incompetent. Don't believer everything she says. She acts differently when the manger is around

Worst delivery service hands down! My uncle is on disability and needs his meds on a timely manner. As much as the pharmacist on the phone makes it sound like she cares, their driver makes us feel like he is doing us a favour by bringing it to our front porch!

The manager at this pharmacy is very rude and ignorant. Some of the staff is good some aren’t it really just depends on who you get. Very expensive compared to the other pharmacies around. Like I said the manager needs to quit or she won’t last long.

Amazing staff- friendly, helpful, quick, and meticulous. I recently switched from a Shoppers Drug Mart in the area which had bad customer service and long wait times. Instead, I'm very happy to be supporting this business!
