Avoid. Only one banker. Said she could see me then changed her mind half n hour later. Decided to try another day. Called ahead to make appt and was told the banker could see me right away. Showed up and there was a line. She was pretty rude with a serious case of stink face. Left.

If I could rate this location a ZERO I would. The Latino teller was rude and very uncooperative and I told her that. She had my mother so upset she was shaking. Not sure why she was so nonchalant, but her behavior was very UNPROFESSIONAL! I will never visit this branch again!

This bank illegally holds checks passed the time they are allowed to do so. I'm not sure how they are not being fined by Examiners, but I do not recommend banking here. My family owns a bank and my partner banks with them and I cannot recommend this place.

Really just dont understand what happened. Went to cash a check from my boss and deposit it into my account. Was told they dont cash any business checks per policy, even though my boss banks with Huntington and it was a Huntington check.
