I was so disappointed when i spent a night with my family. The receptionist were unfriendly, one was even eating behind The front desk. Towels were not available and the room was dirty. We saw a bone dry Wall Gekco in our room. The staffs gave an impression they were not happy with their job and lack basic hotel management training. We werent given a visitor form to fill when we checked in. This gave me security concern. It's a hotel with potentials too bad not properly managed.

Water stopped running on the 3rd floor in the middle of the night! The water the next day was so dirty we had to call for room service to bring some water upstairs to take a shower. The light controls are broken and the AC in the room I stayed is in a weird position that doesn’t work for the room but the staff is really nice and the location is very good, but maintainable is horrible. Oh I like the noodles here though ☺️ super tasty and spicy.

Beautiful, Clean but maintenance poor and security quite lax in my opinion. The receptionist just allowed me in without prior confirmation from the guest I was visiting. The shower not working properly, the trash can lid not working, broken bowl in the bathroom. They can do much better. They have the potential to be great.

Room we were in at the ground floor wasn't great so got moved to a better and spacious one, it doesn't come with breakfast.The food was ok.What I wanted to eat, they didn't have. So just spent a day. The Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting but was told it's cos of the generator been used but I don't think so.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Their reception is very nice. It is very neat and it smells nice even. 24 hours power supply even with the situation of the country. I highly recommend this hotel

Hymax Grace Suites is a very lovely hotel situated in the heart of lekki. The staff are courteous and friendly. The rooms are well proportioned and cozy. The swimming pool although a bit small is perfect for a quick dip and leisurely swim.

So I went to book a room, walked in and found the receptionist playing a game on her phone. By the way, she looked up and saw me before I came through the door. On getting into the reception, the receptionist reluctantly stood up and went

They a6rr good. Good foods. Nice environment. But their toilets needs proper attention/maintenance. Female staff(some) get sad when they see a female guest with a man. They shout sanitize their hearts …

No visible security or receptionist seen so getting room directions was hard, the rooms are comfy and spacious, with running water in the bathroom. Other than the security issue my stay here was good.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Especially enjoyed the pool and the wifi. Location of hotel made it easy to order from major restaurants around Lekki. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed my stay there their services are cool,with nice environment they have delicious foods there and the pool is so nice what I so loved the most there was the WiFi

Another home away from home and they offer other services such as laundering, restaurant and bar. It's a good hideout spot. I had a good experience here.

The bar girl that served me tonight had a dirty attitude. She didn't make her hair. I absolutely will not come there again if she will be serving me

It's affordable, they've got friendly staff (okay, really very friendly), and it's not located where you have to search for long.

The water was running. The blinds look so old. Its a dirty hotel. People were fighting jn their hotel room and was shouting

Shisha smoking not allowed but any other smoking can come. Good place to cool off tho or have a Lil get together

I went their to visit a friend that came to Lagos for a visit, don't really know much about their service.

This place needs major renovation. Swimming lesson there was okay but chlorine was so strong!

The mattresses are too strong. Towels are old and faded. The water is not well treated.

Didn't eventually use the hotel but someone made positive comments about the place
