My worst experience ever and first instance of racial abuse. I brought a product, while paying I thankfully checked the expiry date: the product was expired. I asked for a another, ALL the products they stocked were expired. I complained and asked for a refund, which they could not give in cash. I got annoyed and the manager began to scream and shout at me in return. Leading to a heated argument, which escalated when she told me to 'go back to India'. Avoid like the plague. Worst service and worst human being. (22nd April 2016) Update: Thanks to sharing this post on Facebook, it reached the owners of the pharmacy (who were not present that evening). They contacted me on Facebook, we just met for a coffee and they have apologised and reprimanded the offender. Social media is indeed a very powerful tool. Now I can move on from this and so can they. (26th April 2016)

Sadly, their accounting system is broken. I had an account with them when I lived in the area some ten years ago and recently started getting statements for a fraudulent purchase made on my account... they have not credited the fraud and still send me statements even though I have complained bitterly about it. Pity, I recall it was a good place...

Conveniently located and easily accessible, the pharmacy staff are knowledgeable. They try hard to offer alternatives if they don't have a particular item in stock. In particular their generic paracetamol comes in large quantities and is very very well priced. Some toiletry items, stationery and snacks are available too

All I can say is thank you thank you thank you. There are angels working there. My son was having seizures and the staff and pharmacist were amazing. 10 stars for this pharmacy. They calmed me down and held my son to the car after he recovered. YOU ARE ANGELS !!!!!!

Best pharmacy ever. Friendly, always make an effort to get you what you need even if not in stock. I have an account, and I just phone and order my scripts and they deliver on the same day,which is really convenient and a time saver.

I urgently needed medicine recently without any means to get it. The pharmacy made a plan to call back their driver and deliver it within half an hour. What a great service.
