Worst service centre. I wish there should be a zero star rating for them in Google review. For a small dent paint repair they took more than 20 days, even after that they were unable to match the original body color. Then they asked for more time. Finally when they provided me my vehicle the paint was feeling so rough on car’s body when I touched it. Apart from that the cleaning & service was also not good. Glasses were dusty. Staff is not at all co-operative. Recently when I visited another service centre for some routine work, they showed me that my car’s DI cover (cost around 8k to 9k) is also missing. I don’t know if that mistake is also done by them only. Please please please trust me & don’t waste your time & money at this service centre.

Worst service ever, No one is supporting here. Fake promises, Fake people, Fake management. Even they dont have any answer. Before 4-5days I visit this service center for my car servicing and after servicing they deliver my car yesterday. When i checked my car i found that speakers is not working, center lock is not working, also found scratches on my car and Service advisor Shubham he is worst person even he dont know how to talk, he is not taking responsibility at all. Why should I bother petrol because of your fault. I lived in 40km away from your service center. I need petrol reimbursement or need to file case in consumer. Worst Service Center ever.

I bought an Hundai Verna(RJ45CU0096)in october 2022 from the Roshan Hundai Jaipur showroom. There is complaint regarding the vibration, engine noise, fan belt noise in my car since delivery, i have visited to the Roshan Hundai Service 3 times but no resolution from their side, i am very unsatisfied for the service provided by Roshan Hundai, no one taking care of this and don’t want to take any responsibility, even they are pushing me to not filing complaints on company portals. I have wastage here 3 day from morning to evening but no one want to respond. Such type of service was not expected from Hundai(Roshan Service)

Extremely unprofessional behaviour from the service team. Got my car’s windshield changed there under insurance, they told me that I have to pay the full amount as my insurance is not cashless but I will get the refund within 8-10 days of final payment. It’s more than 1 month now and still not received my insurance amount. Every time I call them they give me some excuse regarding some paperwork. I will never visit this service centre again for any repair work or for servicing neither will recommend anyone.

This showroom is on the main sikar road. The staff here and the services are really good. The one thing that might be wrong is unavailability of parking for customers. You have to park outside the showroom in a very little place that just overflow in busy days . And in that case you have to park on road which is not good as the Sikar road is very busy and sometimes it creates unnecessary jams there. Otherwise it's good. Hope this will help you and you will go there by suitable vehicle...

Do not go to this store. This is the worst store i have ever visited. There is no value of words and commitments they give. I booked my i20 there in starry night color and the sales person assured me to give delivery on dhanteras as they have the stock of this color. Later they denied that car is not available. So why do you people commit if you can't provide the services. I will not recommend any one ever to go to this store every person is so irrresponsible.
