Would not send my clothes here if you value your clothing. Plus side is, you may come home with clothing that doesn't belong to you... I've had clothes shrunk, multiple times, more than 7+ items go missing, 5 of which were in the same load. Absolutely no apology by the staff managers , quite the contrary in fact.. was told if I am unhappy to "rather take my clothes to a dry-cleaner", or "oh you should have written down a list", or "oh then buy your own washing machine". Approximately R4000 worth of damages done... And their response? "Oh sorry these things happen, we will do your laundry for free next time". You must think I've fallen out a tree and hit every branch on the way down, if you think I'll be doing business with you. Was also told "oh we don't know what shrinks or not", surely that's why you're in the industry.. This has happened with my family's clothes too. It's not just the branch, I've tried multiple franchises, each as Kak as one another. DO NOT SEND YOUR CLOTHES HERE, unless of course you're planning on clearing out some space in your closet and spend your morning fighting with them. At this rate it literally is cheaper for me to buy a new washing machine each time I go. Use at your own peril. I'd trust some of the homeless people in Cape town more, with washing my clothes, than I trust these guys. I've attached an image of all the things that have gone missing or shrunk.

I love, I love my laundry! There service is exceptional. I booked a time for them to pick up a large amount of laundry and they were not only precisely on time but came in and carried everything out. But what is even more amazing, is that I am a bit OCD, so I had already sorted everything and had instructions written and taped on each bag, (which they will gladly do for you if you don't want to) and Frankie, who came to pick up and is fabulous, he then asks me even more specific questions that I hadn't even thought if to write, just to make sure they did everything as I would want. They delivered EVERYTHING back (the first place that hasn't stolen from me)THE SAME DAY, beautifully and right back inside.

My experience here was... Opaque. Upon entering we were greeted by an incredibly confused individual who seemed to have got the job 3 minutes before we walked in and had no experience in this industry. He seemed nice though. When we tried to order dimsum he panicked and scampered behind a curtain to do some laundry which left us scratching our heads. A large angry woman then arrived and stared at us till we asked if she served Dimsum to which she replied "yes" and continued to stare. We managed to pry the information out of her and placed an order of 3 portions. After some time one portion arrived and all the staff disappeared. It was an odd experience.

I am absolutely amazed that It can cost R980 to dry clean a set of curtains. This is so far from the expected cost. If you want to charge an amount that is so high then suggest you highlight this to your customers over and above the scribbled cost on the receipt so they can make a call if they would like to use this service. You will most certainly not receive repeat business if this is what you charge for your outsourced business. When I made a call to ask how this can be so expensive I was amazingly informed that none of their other customers mind that cost.

I haven't given a try to any other laundry service in Cape Town for comparison, but I'm certainly not planning to ! I Love My Laundry has the loveliest customer service, very fair pricing and is 100% efficient in every way. The courrier who picked up and delivered my laundry was exactly on time, and of course the clothes were washed, dried and folded perfectly. Same day pick up and delivery is mega convenient, and the contact via Whatsapp makes it so easy with an international phone number. Flawless experience, would 100% recommend !

They have no idea what customer service is. I’m a paying customer and they had no interest in helping me iron 2 duvet covers. They did not ask me when I handed it in if I wanted it ironed and being a new customer I was under the impression they will iron it but according to them I should have known. Never explained it to me to begin with...I was in a terrible bind and they could not care less.I have a property management business and will never use them again. Just go an extra mile...it would have literally taken them 5- 10 min Max.

LOVE..LOVE..LOVE this space!!! Been a HUGE fan since it opened up first in Buitengracht Street...and, Oh-to-the-em-to-the-mofo-gee...the #DimSum!! SO fresh..and filling!! And there's super cute and kitschy and cool artwork for sale..with tsatskas galore! Have STILL yet to make their famous Thursday #Fondue nights there...it is ALWAYS full!! Easy communication, they came and picked up and dropped off. Same day or next day services available. I highly recommend them. Laundry was done professionally and on time! Chris the owner/manager really cares about his customers and their clothes. He is courteous and kind to his clients. This place makes me, who is first time visiting Cape Town, feel good about the city. The store interior is very nice and clean, they serve dim sum too!!! You can have dim sum when you bring your laundry in or out. Highly recommend this place for laundry service!!!

I'm visting Cape Town for a week and before continuing my trip, I decided to take my laundry to this quaint little shop not only are the staff super friendly but they also washed my clothes (some with stains) very well. 1.6 kgs for 80 rand. I was able to collect my laundry the day after. My clothes were folded and handed in a clean plastic bag. Thank you very much for your nice job. Congratulations.

I LOVE MY MONEY, is a better name for this place. Worst service ever. Apparently if your clothes get shrunk by tumble drying at this place it is your problem. Taking the initiative to hang a persons clothes up rather than leaving it wet in a basket overnight is suppose to be acceptable. Charged me R125 and handed me back wet stinky clothes full of soap from poor rinsing. No thank you!!!

Excellent and carefully done job! We dropped off our laundry at 930am and it was ready for pick up at 2pm on the same day, as promised. The ladies at the store are very friendly and honest, they ensured that our whites & dark clothes were washed separately. Communication was on point despite having an international number - the SMS came through on time for pick up!

In April went for a holiday and looked for a laundromat around to my convenience. Very friendly staff and clean place. I then left my clothes to their capable hands of service. Picked up the clothes and drove back to Johannesburg. To my disbelief I his is how my shirt is like. I am very disappointed.

I love my laundry is the best! Very quick to respond on WhatsApp, and always very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Their pickup and drop off service is super convenient, and they usually finish my laundry same day when it’s picked up in the morning - even if it’s a huge load. Highly recommend.

This place is horrendous. I paid for clothes to be ironed and they weren't. Shirts for work came back all crumpled. And they lost some clothes. When I went back the next day to see them they said it wasn't their problem and there's nothing they can do to help. Use their service at your own risk.

Terrible service. Clothes were not ironed when collected. All crammed into one plastic bag. Not even folded properly I asked them to not put our shirts in the tumble dryer - majority of our shirts have now shrunk and I am unable to wear them again. Absolutely dissapointed

Super friendly and helpful team. Collection and delivery is on time as scheduled. Cost effective and great customer service. Communication is open and easy. And the durable laundry bags just makes transporting the laundry so convenient - especially managing an Airbnb.

This laundromat was located within a few blocks of my hotel. The staff were kind and had my laundry ready when they said it would be. They were also able to get a few stains out of my brand new shirt! I went back again before I left to have more clothes cleaned.

I went here to avoid the overpriced per item charges at the Hilton Cape Town. Clothes came back very clean and much much cheaper than hotel prices. For a small additional charge they will deliver your clothes back to the hotel for you. Great. Service was fast.

Went there 7 am this morning I was told they were to busy but as I was flying out the following day they said they would help me out. Went back that afternoon and they were all ready Dropped 30 items off and got 30 back Staff were very friendly Thanks guys

Service is shocking here. The staff is in need of some serious training on customer service and quality of experience. Nothing that was told to me ended up happening. And no one seems to know how to deal with taking calls correctly. #IDontLoveMyLaundry

Never take your clothes to this place. Worst customer service you will ever receive. Takes 5 days for them to do a load of less than 6kgs. Ive had instances when the clothes were damp. They keep giving the same tardy service over and over again.

If you looking for a fast job with not much care to your clothes I'd recommend this. We got all our clothes back after a wash and dry all shrunk, smelling like chemicals not a freshly washed smell one would expect for the amount you pay.

Laundry 1-5 kgs is R100. If you separate colours and have 2 piles, you pay double. R35 per kilo for ironing. Got laundry back the same day. Nicely done, nicely wrapped. Friendly people. You can pay by card as well. Recommended!

Worst laundry shop ever, better do it yourself! All of my clothes lost their color, shrank 2 sizes and they didnt return to me at least 6 of my items (underwear and socks).
