We came here for breakfast today, October 7th. They were not busy and we were seated right away. We were given a stack of napkins and silverware, but it had some kind of dirt all over it. I immediately pointed it out to the waitress and she apologized and said it came from the vent in the ceiling and has happened before. I highly recommend they clean the ductwork and vents to ensure a clean eating and cooking environment. Ductwork tends to get moldy too. As for the food, it was decent, not great, but ok I guess. The scrambled eggs were a bit dry and crumbly. You could see bits and pieces of burnt food scrap in them, which is probably from the griddle not being cleaned very good. The hash browns were dry and crumbly. The sausage and bacon was a overcooked and a little burnt. I could see counter where the waitstaff was doing final prep on the dishes and they were using their bare hands to sprinkle whatever on the dishes. They should have been using tongs or spoons or something or wearing gloves. The waitress was great. She was fast and friendly.

The service in food was exactly what you would expect. One thing that stans out among the competitors is that when hashbrowns are perfectly cooked, they are awesome, but when hashbrowns are poorly cooked, they are horrible. The one thing about ihop is that the eggs and hashbrowns are consistent and have good taste and texture. I may not be the perfect crunchy hashbrown that you like, but they're so much better than a botched hashbrown. The server was pleasant, and the service was reasonable even though they were quite busy. The food arrived hot and I love the fact they put a little pot of coffee on the table. The facility was clean and reasonably maintained. If you like breakfast 24/7, then you should give this location a try. I highly recommend it.

We have been here several times. The service and food is hit or miss, but more often good than bad. The staff are great about allowing meal customizations. My kids love eating here. Lots of variety on the menu. I love the updated menu. I was not a fan of the lemon ricotta crepes last time I was here. I really enjoy the protein pancakes.

Food was good. Service was prompt and our server was very polite and engaging. 3⭐️ rating because of cleanliness of entire reataurant. Tables needed to be cleared, floors were a mess with both food and trash all around. Final prep area for plating was a shambles, with empty containers that had not made it to the trash. Table rags/towels (dirty) thrown on the counter next to plates. Bathroom (only in the men’s) was a mess too. Paper towels everywhere. TP on the floor. Puddles by lavatories and urinals. This area need some major attention from the GM. Will consider other options in the area next time I’m desiring breakfast.

absolutely gross!! the waitress we had was absolutely amazing. it did take my partner and I awhile to be sat, which is understandable because they were packed on a sunday. what really got me, and why I will NOT return, one of the hosts was Coughing and sneezing all over the food in containers! and none of the servers was telling her to leave the food area. it's very unsanitary and gross. we are still going thru COVID-19 and it's a major health hazard. I hope the higher ups see this!! if you're sick don't go to work!!

**** FINALLY ***** We have finally found our favorite Ihop.... The service was great, the food was hot, never had to ask for refills, my shoes didn't stick to the floor, we were actually seated instead of handing me menus and pointing to the table we were getting.... I-10/DeZavala, I-10 Colonnade and The Rim, all need to take notes from the Bandera/1604 location. Friendly faces, clean atmoshere, and great food... Keep up the good job!

Brought the kids here after church last week. Our waitress was good in the beginning, but when she took her orders she didn’t write them down my daughter and her friend ordered chocolate chip pancakes but she brought them the double chocolate chip pancakes we ask for more coffee she only gave me one refill and didn’t give my daughter any took forever to get a refill on our water we just had to keep asking for everything she ignored our table after we got our food and another waiter had to get her attention for me after waiting over 20 minutes to get my bill she then had a bit of attitude . I’m very big on customer service and it was not here I understand everybody’s busy but you don’t need to have an attitude. The food was good though.

The host was professional and had us seated immediately. Our server was Jason who took our orders and always checked on us. He gave this IHOP a good name with his happy positive attitude. The food was delicious and fresh. I ordered the lemon blueberry crepes, a side dish of fruit, hash browns, and decaf coffee. All were flavorful delicious. The place is well kept and clean. Even the restrooms were tidy. Although the order took a little bit longer (10 - 15 minutes), I considered the crowd. The servers like what they do and it shows.

The breakfast was overpriced for the quality of food. The coffee is better at McDonald's next door. My scrambled eggs were dry. For almost $20 per person for a less than average breakfast, I definitely was disappointed. Also, don't go to their restroom unless you want to lose your overpriced meal. They were filthy.

Super tasty pancakes as you would expect from IHOP. Only rated them down as it was busy and they only had one waitress, they were clearly understaffed. She did a great job and could not have been more attentive, they even served tea properly which always gets brownie points in the US. There was a bit of a wait, they were understaffed in the kitchen too, but I had plenty of time so that didn't bother me.

Veggie omelette is so good and more than I expected. Servers nice and check on you for refills.

I used to rave about IHOP's Chicken fried Chicken as one of the best. But they seem to have replaced it with a small TV dinner. And the IHOP app doesn't have a picture of it probably for that reason! This without drink is not worth $16!

I tried their new Bold 'N Spicy BBQ Omelette. Michael was the cook. The omelette looked and tasted fantastic. He made this omelette look like it came from a 3⭐ restaurant.
