IKEA is a landmark in the city of Hyderabad. Being the first store of this European furniture chain opened in india, the campus is sprawling as f! Be prepared to walk for at least 2 kilometers or more in order to cover the whole store. One disadvantage of the store is that it is difficult to exit without covering multiple sections if you wish to visit just a single section. The sections are laid out in order with most thematic sections going well back to back. Kitchen and related stuff are laid out back to back, living room furniture back to back, bedroom furniture and furnishings back to back, kids rooms, bathrooms, garden area etc are all laid out one after another. It is mostly a budget furniture shopping centre, so anyone looking for premium or luxury furniture or furnishings or fixtures, this is not the place. The designs within the economy segment however range from basic to plush designs, though the assembly format of the furniture has raised a few eyebrows about the life of the furniture it self. Heavier items can be ordered online or gotten home delivered, else the smaller items need to be picked up from the storage warehouse at the end of the mall after noting down the item number codes which are tagged on the items on display itself. They also have a food court on the first floor serving some basic fare to keep you going whilst you are hunting for the best fits. The descriptions of the items are quite spot on on the item tags however and in fact make for a fairly informed decision making shopping process unlike most other furniture stores in the city. In the photos that will be uploaded soon, I have tried to provide a broad range of almost all the sections to give a fair idea of the design selections and variety on offer. Do feel free to zoom in to the pictures in order to get a better idea. They have also started a small range of gifting cookies and dry fruit boxes surprisingly the last time I visited which I found quite surprising and out of theme. Decided to give it a try nonetheless and they were quite decent however. They also have a small chai samosa set off after the billing section for you to pick up something for the road or get some tummy support before you head off. Visiting IKEA Hyderabad is one of a kind experience. The first IKEA in India, the hype of the place is truly understandable. It is close to Raidurg metro station and you can easily recognise it with it's "Blue & Yellow" Signature colours. I suggest everyone to visit this place at least once to look at some of the best modern minimalist interior designs but be prepared, its going to crowded (very crowded!). The first floor consists of the variety of rooms & its different decors along with few types of soft toys like shark, elephant, dinosaur , bears, etc. You can also enjoy the IKEA restaurant which provides a decent variety of food including Swedish dishes like meat balls with mashed potato. Not only that, you can have unlimited coffee & fruit juices at only Rs. 60/-. The whole space is made in such a way that you are bound to get lost so carry one of the maps you get there and follow the section numbers.The ground floor contains the warehouse & IKEA cafe where you can have ice-cream, samosas, croissant etc. They only accept card & cash so make sure to have it with you. You can buy artificial plants too (They look too real at a glance, so they are pretty good). So in conclusion, its a unique experience and you can get inspiration for decorating your home from here and do checkout the food here too! So visit this place if you have the chance! Its exhilarating & exhausting but worth it. And its definitely fun!

I visited this place on sunday. They have many kind of products for each type of furniture. It was not much exiting place to sudden visit without a need to buy certain items for house or shop. This place is without any signs or information.. Those who visit this store for the first time will be confused alot as there is no clear explanation why they such a ugly pattern od arranging products.. it s horrible to see where you started when you wanted to exit . 7 /10 items can be seen outside IKEA too. But IKEA has some more quality so much high price to buy..Just think twice and know the difference between what you wanted and what you were seeking to buy. I definitely encourage you to buy random things if you are not worry of loosing money over things you dont know. The best way is to come with perfect list and full stomach and visit the store.. dont come with American expectations . Just come and see the products and decide.

Ikea is a Swedish Multinational Company that sells designs and ready-to-assembly furniture all types of home interiors at affordable prices with great ambience. It is located in hyderabad near mindspace which is of 13-acre complex. The staff over there are pretty humble and sweet. It's a really good spot for window shopping or just for spending some time with your loved ones and family. I liked the way they keep on changing the themes on every visit and make it colorful everytime. Its the only place that serves Swedish famous dish that is meatballs with the gravy. I tried their meatball pasta and some deserts they were really good at affordable prices and the coffee over there is having a free refill that i liked really much. The cafeteria has a really good and wide space for seating and the view is just awesome. Would suggest to visit IKEA if you havent yet visited a great place to buy furniture and also have fun.

One stop for all the interior/exterior needs for house/office/industry etc. We looked for a sofa-cum-bed and found and purchased the right one the first time we checked-in there. It's a little pricy compared to the same in other stores but the look and the build quality is fabulous. It is such a huge place which takes nearly 4 to 5 hours to view the total store.. Such an amazing furniture store located near hi-tech city. If you are in Hyderabad it's a must visit place even if you don't want to buy anything. recommended!

This review is more particularly for the restaurant. They have set menu like chicken meatballs, paneer butter masala, paratha. Taste was good. But all the items tried tasted as if they contained artificial flavours, not at all natural flavours. You will have to cart for the dishes and do the billing. I mean, isn’t this too much hassle for the food. But a different kind of an experience. Looks like they make the food in bulk with some artificial flavours. Every time you go, taste will be same. They also have unlimited refills for coffee.

I purchased one double bed frame and two mattress from IKEA Hyderabad. I followed instructions carefully and now the bed is getting loose and the frames are coming off, when I reached IKEA customer care about this issue they are suggesting me to take urban company's service and get it resolved myself. What kind of pathetic response is this? There is absolutely no post sale service. The bed useless for me now and IKEA is unable yo help me. Really good, just have at least 2-3 hours and be ready for a long walk If you want, you can reach here via metro too, very convenient as the Raidurg metro station is just 400-500m for it. It has a small restaurant where you can have meals and a small cafeteria too, for having snacks. Washrooms are also available and they are well maintained

Mega size IKEA mall in Hyderabad. Has tons of varieties and value for money. Wood items for ethical made. Service towards customer is top notch Kudos to all staff from every department. They have door delivery and they visit home to analyse for best interior with suitable items. They support women empowerment to grow and explore the world. Even parents can leave there kids at play area where staff will trained kids for playing games, improve communication skills etc.., till mom and dad does shopping.

Unfortunately didn't get time to visit this place from inside but i can say that it is well connected with the rest of the city. Bus, metro, auto, shared car are all easily accessible. People visiting Hyderabad must visit this place as i have heard that this is the only IKEA store we have. It is big and said to have everything that ones needs to make your home more beautiful and comfortable. Do take some time out to visit the store if you happen to be there.

It's my favorite store. Their products are really different and the furniture is designed really well so they use less space. You can also call an urban clap person to assemble your furniture. There are utensils, decorated items, candles, organizers, kids colors, fabrics everything is really good. The quality of every product is Commendable. It's not just a store, it's a fun and exciting place. We love their yogurt ice cream as well.

This is the place where we can get almost everything for home needs, though the prices are little high compared to outside malls but the quality is super. The collection has pretty much remained the same. There have been very marginal new additions since the first time I've visited, especially, in terms of furniture. Lighting options have improved, happy to see some new stuff. Today, when I visited, was happy to see a band playing some peppy numbers to keep the spirits up. Not sure if it's a regular thing, but, was pleasantly surprised.

The nearest metro station to IKEA Hyderabad in Ranga Reddy is Raidurg. It's a 15 min walk away. IKEA is a fun labyrinth of home furnishing where you can easily spend 2-3 hours from entry to exit. Whenever you visit, just leave your wallet at home cause you will want to buy everything. Pros: A different shopping experience, restaurant was good and fairly reasonable.

IKEA experience center is unique. You should visit once, whether you plan to buy some furniture now or later. They've got innovative space saving dining tables etc and everything is organized and categorised so well. However, It's sad to see that the of the products are all Manufactured in PRC. So you can understand the quality of the cheap products are also cheap.

May be we can't like food here because it is without spices as we eat. Billing ques are long and better plan week days here. Costs are bit high. Overall it is not suitable for middle class and below middle class.

Most of the crowd you see come for window shopping. Their model sets with amazing interior designs.. They also customize as per your need.

Everything you need for a dream home. I personally loved the small kitchen and bedroom designs. Really inspiring to see space managed so efficiently. This is not just a place for shopping, here you can find a lot of ideas and inspirations for your home. PS: Make sure to bring an extra pair of legs for shopping here.

This place is a gold mine for those who are setting up their homes. If you do not have any of such requirements, few things you can purchase are photo frames, small plates( natural and artificial ), soft toys and lunch boxes to name a few. It is just next to Raidurg metro station therefore easy to reach by metro.

I have been to Ikea in 3 different countries and this is the 4th one and they have been so consistent in their store design and layout. I really love visiting Ikea and their selection is very good. We tried the cafeteria too and they're pretty good too especially their cappuccino and cinnamon bun.
