Since moving to Canada, I had never had a facial or microdermabrasion treatment before, and it was definitely worth it. Fadia was simply incredibly fantastic, kind, and polite, and she holds her customer service abilities to the highest standard. She was incredibly knowledgeable, had a lot to contribute, and added a personal touch to our conversations. The spa is immaculately maintained, and the spa area was quite soothing. Fadia's services are incredibly professional, thus I wholeheartedly endorse them. She is excellent at massaging the back, arms, and head. This was my first facial/microdermabrasion treatment in over 10 years and it was well worth it. Ive been having acne for 2 years and i came here for chemical peel treatment . My face already looks so much cleaner and brighter. Fadia did a great job with the steaming , extraction and the chemical peel.I will definitely come back for more sessions and i cant wait to share the progress!! This place is a hidden gem! I came here for a microneedling treatment and Fadia was very accommodating. It’s a little place with just one room and can only treat one person at a time. However Fadia went out of her way to make sure me and my daughter were well accommodated and comfortable. Fadia did an outstanding job with the microneedling treatment I did a lot of research on the machine she uses before my appointment. She carries one of the best machine in the market by Dermaspark which is German made. I highly recommend Iluma medi spa.

I'm so glad I met Fadia. She is without a doubt the best. Her space is very welcoming and makes  you feel at home. I love how she describes what she's doing and gives you tips on what to use on your face at home. Fadia used dermaplaning to remove my peach fuzz and a chemical peel to treat my redness and pimples. Fadia is absolutely amazing!!! She really cares about what she does and I’ve never had a better facial or connection with the practitioner. She is kind, caring, patient & attentive. Great place for facials. I was referred for the oxygeneo treatment and I was very happy with the work Fadia did and the results . The place is very nice and clean. Kudos to Fadia for being so kind and gentle with my skin since I have very sensitive skin and literally trust no one with my skin .
