I have been visiting the Inox Multiplex at Korum Mall since the last 7 years. It is centrally located in Thane, with excellent connectivity across the city. It's a 4-screen multiplex which in today's scenario is considered somewhat small, vs. newer ones like Cinepolis at Viviana Mall, which is a 14-screen multiplex. However, Inox is a good property which is quite well maintained in spite of being in operation for over 8 years. In contrast, the Cinemax multiplex at Eternity Mall in Thane looks "quite old" in spite of being only slightly older than Inox at Korum. The booking counters accept payments by credit/debit cards too. The customer who have booked tickets online can enter the premises without physical tickets. All one has to do, is to flash the QR code of the ticket, on to the mobile of the security to confirm the ticket. What's most important is that its screens seem to be on par with screens at newer multiplexes, in terms of technology (though I am not much of an expert on this). While the screens are large enough, the audio equipment at Inox gives out excellent, booming sound, and is a great fit for action flicks and sequences. This makes the movie watching experience thoroughly enjoyable. For instance, watching Uri: The Surgical Strike at Inox was a great experience. Other infrastructure at Inox, such as interiors, chairs, restrooms is also satisfactory. Inox has food counters, with limited variety though. However, the common grouse against Inox and all multiplexes is the high prices of the food items. For instance, a small 60gm tub of popcorn costs Rs210, while a 650m Coke Costs Rs210. A pair of samosas cost nearly Rs120! This kind of exorbitant pricing is a major putoff for the movie connoisseurs. The food cost could easily double the budget of a family of 4, for watching a movie. Say the tickets cost Rs200 or Rs250 each, and the food too just might cost somewhere close to that! Having said that, the food counters at Inox seem to be decently crowded in spite of the high prices, as this multiplex too does not permit outside food to be carried inside. Overall, a good property to watch movies at.

Inox multiplex theatre is inside Korum Mall located at Express highway, near Cadbury junction , Thane West. There are 4 screens in this multiplex. The theater is on 3rd floor.. Pros : Sound Effects - Very Good Good Picture Quality Very Courteous staff Snacks : Pop corn, nachos , samosa, corn masala + drinks ( tea, coffee , cold drinks ) Recliner seats at the last row to enjoy movies more in a relaxed manner ( as if we are sitting in home sofa ) Pictures are of SMASH entertainment zone in Korum. My Experience : I had got a medium size pop corn free with tickets Cheese Pop corn was also crisp and tasty. Nachos was also given with two types of sauce Inox Security person at the entrance also informed the team multiple times to assist me for any help. Inox staff assisted me in climbing the stairs inside the theatre and was with me till I reached my seat (I had a injury on my knee) Thanks so much to Inox team for showing so much warmth and care.. Appreciate it.. Cons However Coffee ( Latte) was not that great... There was more sugar and didn't had taste of coffee.. May be because It was a machine coffee...

Overall I would say a good and clean mall. Parking space , mall is huge and you can purchase top brands here. INOX is on 3 rd floor and poptates and indiana waters is on 4 th floor so if you wanna drink you need to take a small lift only present on 3 rd floor . You won’t get cigarettes or lighter you need to carry by yourself if you a smoker and going for weekend. Food is great in poptaes and liquor is not that costly . So if you are planning for a movie and good time I would recommend this place as you will get all at one place without going too far. We tried nachos with loaded beans and cheese sauce a must try. Potato wedges were crazy good and chicken was awesome. Overall a good visit without putting too much strain on your pocket. Movie tickets are cheap as well if you are visiting on week days l.

Inox Korum is always my choice over other multiplex in Thane due to its ambience and availability of tickets. It is on the third floor, right above Smaaash. As you climb up the escalators you finally end up at Inox on the third floor. Always giving priority to safety, staff does friendly and polite check up before you enter. It has four screens and ambience is nice. Air conditioners are working to make you feel chill in the premises and inside the threatre. Sound systems is nice. Popcorns and other food items are still sold at very high prices and that turns everyone off. It's better to have quick bite at food mall before you enter the theatre. They should start allowing you to carry food and water from outside. A good place to watch films. Tickets are available most of the times.

Visited INOX @Korum Mall Thane on 27th Oct to watch movie with Family and had really bad and unpleasant experience out there due to below reasons 1) The staff including Security incharge and Unit Manager are very non-cooperative and demonstrated poor understanding leading to unnecessary discussion and argument. 2) We had booking Screen 2- Seat B-12 and 13 in INOX Thane. We saw the seat had hole in it, so shows poor maintenance by Management. 3) There were many advertisement during interval time leading to delay in completion of movie on time. 4) The movie tickets, mineral water and food out there are costly. We as customers pay so much but feel cheated when you see /face above. This place is NOT at all on my recommendation list.

INOX in Korum mall is one of the most popular movie hall in Thane. There are 4 screens here with shows going on from morning 8 am to 11 pm at night. All the latest movies in multiple languages are played here. The tickets are slightly on a higher side and the pop corns are actually costlier than the movie tickets. The basic tickets cost 350 and medium size pop corn costs 470. The seats are good and air condition properly working. The screen is big and you would love the overall movie experience here On an average you will end up spending 1000 bucks for 2 people on any movie.

Good 4 theatre multiplex situated inside Korum Mall thane. The ambience, facilities like ticket booking, food choices available within their cafeteria, seats , theatre ambience within with good voice qualities and big screens. It's a good choice to see a movie with family and friends to enjoy a movie, ( of course movie should be good). Good vicinity for Mulund and Thane people, of course rates are little high but good compared to other theatres.

To Start The Cinema is a Multiplex With 4 Screen with a Small Lobby Area where you can buy your Popcorn and Snacks. The Screens ie the theaters itself are clean and the seats are comfortable. For a small Multiplex, it's pretty good the tickets prices are also reasonable. I gave it a 4 star cause the selection of snacks are pretty limited. Overall it's a good experience and I would Definitely recommend it.

I come almost every weekend with my husband but i believe I have to stop people keep taking non stop can't hear the movie dialogues or get involved in movie specialy when they keep their phone in for taking videos of movie even when the screen says don't use any sort of camera feels like seating on a footpath and watching movies why can't you guys put signs of keepsilence phones on silent and no flash

Nothing for dislike. Theatre is okay. Sound system and other amenities are well worth. If you would like to go for budget show then pick the morning shows. It will cost Rs 112 Or max Rs 120. Overall korum inox is better option for movie shows. All debit and credit cards accepted here. You will enjoy buy 1 get 1 free tickets on selected credit or debit cards as per the offer availability.. ..

Recently I went to watch Avatar, 10.30 PM show at INOX-Korum. Though I was the only person there to watch the movie (gradually few people came in after a while), the management/ staff was very courteous and professional to start the show on time. It is situated on top floor of Korum mall thane. Amazing movie experience and sound quality is just perfect. They have comfortable chairs with decent leg space. Also snacks offered here are fresh and have a lot of variety. It is one of the best movie theatres in thane locality and gives the best experience for the money spent

It is on the 3rd floor in koram mall. There is a multiplex of Inox brand here. Very good screen and sounds are also great. Very poor projection practices. Lost the magic of 3D as almost all of the scenes appear collapsing in. Dual pictures with 3d glasses on. Without glasses unfocused area appears blurred which was better experience. No action taken even after issue was raised. Wasted money. Definetly no for AVATAR and upcoming 3d movies.

The place is very good for watching movies . The seats here are most comfortable seats you can find in any multiplex in Thane . Thought it has only 4-5 screens for showing movies. I found the popcorn and other items being at bit overpriced compared to other the multiplex . But overall a good multiplex to watch movies.

As far as ticket cost is concerned it's very pocket friendly unlike Cinepolis that charges a bomb for the same movies. Good theatre experience..well maintained..popcorn at every theatre is expensive. Why?? What's it made of?? Sometimes buying a tub of popcorn is more expensive than the tickets!!! …

One of the best multiplexes in Thane. The movies always start on time unlike Cinepolis where they start like 20 minutes late! The popcorn is always fresh and crisp. The washrooms are clean. The theatre interiors are well-maintained including the seating upholstery. The recliners are the best seats!

They do not give hard copies of tickets. Only sms which I hate. I love collecting tickets and also don't like to anyone touching my phone (security touch your phone to view the ticket). I seriously think even people without a phone should be able to watch the movie with an actual paper ticket.

The cinema hall is quite small. Even the last row will feel like near screen. Picture and sound quality is good. The food counter is pure veg. Available items are popcorn, samosa, burger, pizza, sandwich, nachos, nuggets, cold drinks, etc. Everything feels overpriced except pizza.

On 25th Oct morning show of Kantara the security has not allowed the outside food into the theatre. When I tried to confront with the manager regarding the new rules of not denying the food items in theatre, he refused and told there are no such rules. Very rude and arrogant!

Went to watch movie Aadipurush ,the movie is good , VFX are lagging at some place , but one should try watching this movie as it give you a different perspective of the story. Everyone have there own opinion ,but in my view go without a expectation ,you will like the movie

In Thane, Inox Korum is my go to cinema. It is a cinema that I like over Cinepolis Viviana since the sound here is superior to Cinepolis. The projection quality is great. It features four screens. The mall features plenty of parking spots for both two and four wheelers.

I can say much much better than Viviana mall.Seats are comfortable and affordable comparatively.Recliners are good and are affordable comparatively to other theatres.Screen quality and audio also justify the pricings.Just I feel food …

One of the best and oldest mall in Thane, where all youngsters meet, doing party, playing..here have many shops from digital to super market.. parking area has huge... Korum mall organized and decorate in every big Festival

Watched Jawan 5.30 pm show on 9 September 2023. During interval, advertisents were displayed from 7.07 pm till 7.38 pm; total of 31 minutes!! Management should take a note of it and never cheat audiences!!

Nice experience ...Bcz of corona u need.. Arogya Setu app in ur mobile for entry...nd also check body temp sanitized hands with sanitizer.... AUDI lighting was too good nd screen ,Sound clarity are Good.

Recently saw The Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 3 in INOX Korum Mall - Screen 4 paying 324 INR. 3D quality is poor. Picture looks gloomy. Audio quality is very average. Pop corn prices are exorbitant.

Watched Gadar 2 on 19th Aug 23. Not happy to say this but seats were smelly. Not cleaned properly. Also parking is not maintained properly. I will have to say experience with Viviana is much better

Pandemic has killed this theater. You can see it dying slowly when you visit this place. Also you can buy expensive popcorn and cannot eat it inside. So yeah you have the idea how this place is.

As per ministry of consumer affairs shopkeepers cannot ask for consumer mobile number to generate bills. Today at Korum Mall we were refused to give a printout of the bill. Very bad experience.

Nice place for shopping and movie although there is one food outlet in food court named Mumbai Katta is very bad we ordered veg grilled cheese sandwich and there was no cheese at all

Amazing seating. Nice Vijay recliner seats. Surround sound system is over if the best quality Dolby digital systems. Saw John Wick Chapter 4 here and it was a memorable experience.

Date 16th June 2023. We went to watch AadiPurush 11.00PM show. Inox has decreased the quality of their services. AC was off throughout the movie. Theatre was not clean and tidy.

My first experience in Inox very good. Staff is very polite and helpful. Seating arrangement and seats very comfortable. Sound quality ek no. Food item price also ok.
