My experience with this hunt was almost for 2 weeks but the very first moment I met Daniel from IQ cars, I realized that I had landed in a safe place. The best cars and deals compared to other showrooms where I have visited in 2 wks. Both Alina and Daniel were exceptionally welcoming to all the questions and really spent a lot of time explaining and clarifying all my questions even though it was very silly. Daniel was available any time on calls and WhatsApp. I have bought a BMW X6 just done with 60K , from IQ cars and I’m really happy about that decision. Fabulous service. Daniel Rose from IQ Auto was not only super responsive to my queries, but also managed to arrange a bank loan for my car after just 3 business days with Emirates NBD. After picking up my 7 Series BMW - which had full AGMC service history, some unexpected defects showed up. Although Daniel sold me the car “as is”, it would not have been his responsibility to have my car fixed. Nevertheless he directed me to a super professional (yet humble in appearance) garage where they worked around the clock to have my car fixed, costs taken care of by Daniel and IQ Auro. He saved me approximately AED 11,000 in unnecessary repair costs which a branded workshop would have charged me. Absolutely satisfied. Buying a used car here in Dubai is always a gamble, but at IQ Auto I have no doubt that they truly care about the customer. Not only before the sale, but also after. Highly recommended! The car is in fabulous esthetic condition, everything works just fine, it rides very smoothly and is a joy every time I drive it.

Having found a car on Dubizzle we visited IQ autos. We were welcomed by Daniel and enquired after the vehicle. I'm a expat living in Dubai for 14 years, Al Awir used to be a place where sales staff tries to get you to buy no matter what, making the car buying experience not always positive, well until I walked into IQ Auto's showroom and met Daniel, finally a place where I can trust the guy talking to me, Daniel was extremely professional, his knowledge of every car was impeccable, however the one thing that made me really appreciate his time with me was that I got the sence that he truly wanted to help me, even my mother that came with me for test driving the Q7 told me afterwards that Daniel was so much better than the other places we went to, in the sales world that is extremely hard to fine, especially in this region, I will definitely support IQ Auto from now on!!! Summary: Great service, great car. Really pleased with the experience, and couldn't praise Daniel's attitude and know-how enough. Will go back here next time. Long story: I was apprehensive buying my first car in the UAE, and had a list of interesting cars from Dubizzle I wanted to see. I had few rogue encounters on a very long day. I called Daniel, and it was nice to get a professional exchange. I saw the car, Daniel was honest and direct and knew about what he was selling. He even encouraged me to test drive the car properly (apparently braking without hands on the wheel is a good tell!). I asked about dealer maintenance history, and due to my scepticism, despite Daniel saying the check all guys before buying them - I went to check at Audi myself. All checked out - so I returned to buy the car.

Having ventured into the frustrating world of the used car industry, I was pretty much ready to put my search for a decent Scirroco on the back burner for a while due to wasting a lot of time and energy on cars which were not as they were advertised. However, I found Daniel's approach to selling cars to be honest, educational and patient. At no point does he come across as looking for a quick sale, which we found refreshing. This along with Emad's industriousness and friendly demeanour allowed us as a family to feel very comfortable and confident in the quality and safety of the car we finally bought from IQ. I bought a Ford Edge from Daniel a few weeks ago. When I went for a test drive it was refreshing to have someone give genuine advice on car buying and what to look out for when buying a used car. I bought my second car roughly 9 weeks ago and the service was great. Dan has a very professional manner and provide clarity on how to complete the transaction and ensure I had all the paperwork necessary to transport it from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. Service 5 stars. The car although it had a full service history from a main dealer, has required additional attention from a mechanic due to a an issue with the turbo air duct and engine mounts. Car 2.5 stars

Buying a used car can be a nightmare anywhere in the world, even more so for an expat. Beaten up cars, fake history, hidden issues. IQ auto Thankfully is different, honest stock, knowledgeable personel, actual consultations, patientce in negotiations. Got exellent sevice by ladies in the showroom and especially by Daniel who was very resourceful in arranging everything and fixing any minor issues post sale. One area for improvement though - get card machine!
