The staff are very friendly and efficient especially a young Somalian lady who is very attentive and proactive and a young Asian man with a beard who always has a smile and a kind word Prices are very reasonable especially on Tuesday with my over sixty bus pass which entitles me to a ten per cent discount.

The security guard working in early afternoon today 05/09/23 greeted my girlfriend several times whilst following her around the store and blatantly checking her out. This made her very uncomfortable and she was pretty upset. If you’re a young woman I would avoid this store

The shop located in busy high street of South Harrow. The shop is busy most of the times and fully stocked. They have security at the entrance and they do deliver goods to our house if we purchase more than £25.00.

Best value for prices. During christmas they bring different food items at very good price. They have good quality products. I use Iceland throughout the year for house party and would advice others for the same.

Staff so very nice...I had to go across the road and my bag was too heavy and iam disabled...a nice member of staff watched my bag for a few minutes until I came back...well done Iceland.

A smaller store so have only a limited variety. Didn't have any savoury crisps, this is the only supermarket in the high street so you are not left with many choices.

We went there about 11am, the shop was overcrowded, but we finished there quickly. The fridges were fully uploaded, the shop was clean.
