I shop from Iceland they specialise in frozen foods it's their specialist foods they do frozen vegetables pizzas some meats and quiet vast variety of frozen stuffs, they sale dairy products too milk yogurts etc etc they do breads rolls nans

Prices are generally good but it's often for low quality junk food. The staff are overworked and cash registers/tills always seem to have really long lines. I've on numerous occasions stopped myself going in due to the length of the queues.

It had great chips and nuggets. The food's very good and the layout of this building is great. I am pleased with the amount of food (I do consider myself a glutton,) and the QR Rewards code that was going on for a while.

They've a range of products to choose from. The only downfall is the milk bottles. They used to have their own label on milk bottles, but now they use Freshways (one of the worst diaries).

Lots of people, noise and queues. Some really good healthy stuff seems to be only available for a short while then disappears. Fresh Food quality has declined over the past 5 years.

Stock not available most times. Very less diverse. I am annoyed that everytime I go there most staff approach me with the word Paji and start talking in Punjabi, which I dont speak.

I used to get all daily routine groceries and frozen foods from Iceland supermarket. Good option to grab your daily routine and alcohol from Iceland.

Never answer the phone in store if something goes wrong with the delivery. Also rude when they eventually do answer .
