In the Iceland store, 1/11 Watney St Market, Stepney, London E1 2PP, there is a good employee name Fathema, she didn’t give me her full name maybe because of security concerns, but she said there is only one Fathema in the Iceland store in Watney Market and that's her. I kindly would like to give a good review regarding Excellent Customer Services that Fathema always truly provides me, Fathema is always very sweet and caring enough to provide me any assistance necessary with my shopping or with anything else in the Iceland store, she always shows her kind heart to help me, and I always appreciate her help and support, I personally have seen Fathema serving all customers very well in the Iceland Store and provides all customers what they need including direction to the items that they are looking for. Kindly, from my heart I truly believe that you should seriously consider promoting Fathema to a higher position then the current position that she has in the Iceland Store, because I always see her working hard in the Iceland store, she always gives me the chance to have fun with her, including showing humour, I always enjoy seeing Fathema’s big, adorable smile anywhere in the Iceland store, I would always love to see great customer service provider like Fathema working in the Iceland store in a higher position, Fathema always provides me a helping hand by scanning bags, scanning shopping items for me, she always allows me to have a sweet and caring chat with her if needed which is great, she is always respectful, thoughtful and caring person in the Iceland store towards everyone including me. I come to this Iceland lot , but I will never spend a penny in here. There was an Asian guy who was so rude because I told him to check the price of the toilet paper I want to buy. It was a velvet 24 jumbo which say it 9£ from 10. In the system come up 12. Then he say to my husband that was in wrong place. I was read it before I take with me and it was lot in the same self. And i just checked in the Web is 9 there as well not 12. I will go to tesco from now on.

Best supermarket for frozen items, milks, eggs and groceries. There are different types of ice-cream you can buy with various tastes, such as vanilla, strawberry, chocolate etc. Also lot's of desserts can be found here from small to big in size. Frozen and fresh vegetables are also available there. Additionally, all types of fizzy drinks are also there with different flavours and price range. Mostly, you can have a pleasant shopping experience.

Ordered a delivery for same day only for the driver to turn up and not find our order on the van! Said that another driver is probably bringing it but no one turned up! No phone call to say what’s going on at all!! No one answering the phone! WHERES THE FOOD WE PAID FOR! Absolutely useless and will NEVER order here again and it’s not the first time either!! Now we have no idea what the hell is going on but quick enough to take our money!!

Iceland online delivery absolutely rubbish missing item when my delivery came called online store and the customer service is awful I waited for the call to be answered half an hour if you order online make sure you check your order otherwise you will be in shock when you call customer service and when they answer the phone pray someone speaks good English properly I just had awful experience

This store is appalling, customer service is non existent, staff are super rude and unhelpful, they are using their phones on the shop floor, they speak in bengali and insult customers, the shop floor is always a huge mess and a hazardous space to shop in, this store needs to be looked at by Iceland hierarchies. Absolutely shambolic.

A good supermarket. not the biggest so you might not always find what youre looking for. as expected the frozen food is what you come here for although the price does seem to be more expensive than asda and tescos for a few of them. if you spend iver a certain amount they offer home delivery which is a good thing if youre walking

Booked a delivery for Sunday between 9-11. Didn't turn up till 4.30 most the order was not there. Finally got through after phone put down on me 4 times ment to re delivery terrible drivers Terrible customer service. Can't complain on line. Customer service number doesn't answer.

Food delivered frozen tried to call all evening the phone was going to user busy, finally get through the next evening they asked do I want a redelivery, I said no a refund and low and behold they have redelivered, the staff have no clue what they are doing. AVOID

It was small enough but had the daily essentials nicely stacked up. Checkout was nice and quick with all tills operating with staff, unlike the bigger chains saving money with self service checkouts.

This is not a personal criticism but one for management - I have often seen that the pricing tickets are incorrect (eg. The weight of the product does not match what is on the shelf).

It's good for a quick shop but if you need to do a big shopping go elsewhere. Tills are empty, staff are missing or too focused on their online delivery.

Sufficient supplies, a good number of employees working which is unlikely Nowadays compared to other supermarkets. Overall, pretty decent.

What else would you expect from an Iceland. Top choice of frozen items, great prices and amazing options, Enjoy ur shopping

I love Iceland and regularly do my shopping there, the staff are very friendly and polite and also really helpful.

Since doing up the store with new self service it's now a lot better
