Solid garage. Totally nice people, keep the car safe, and never had any issues whatsoever. That said, two things to remember: 1. Your car takes an elevator ride. Either call ahead or expect to wait at least 5 minutes, even on a good day. 2. The garage is 24 hours until its not, which is to say they're closed on the weekend. Need weekend access, there's another garage a couple doors down on Livingston you can use. But all in all? Solid.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, car was well looked after and I was able to get access to it during my stay without any complaints. Car was fetched quickly with a smile even when I returned hours before scheduled. Would happily park here again any time.

Do not park here! They are suppose to be 24hrs. Apparently the person fell asleep and the phone number that is on google and the website doesn’t work. Save your money and park somewhere else. Also the other locations will not help you

After reviewing several parking businesses around 11 Hoyt, I chose Icon Parking. Quick and efficient. I had no concerns about my new car being parked there.

Been here a couple of times the main guy in the back is cocky and rude but the guys in the front getting the cars are super friendly and cool.

The staff is very friendly and my car has always been ready on time and damage free. An exceptional parking garage.
