Sharing my experience not with the parking garage directly, but with the attendant who was so helpful with our Zipcar, which was damaged when we got there. He helped us go through it and even helped us try to get it started. We didn’t catch his name, but it was on Juneteenth afternoon. Thank you for your help!

Usually good staff who are prompt and friendly but tonight the attendant who seemed to be new didn't have my car ready and couldn't figure out how to turn on the car in front of mine to get mine out. Had to take a $40 uber to get to work and was late

I kept my parking spot for 6 months and today I cancelled my parking, this place is owned by prompt parking, they did not return my money for 20 days = 200$ apparently they had a policy not to return money, unfair!

Unprofessional staff, attendant was impatient and aggressive even for nyc standards. They had no uniform and did not wear a mask. Good luck if you are here for a Zipcar.

Visiting family used this place and got the car back in one piece. Staff guy was nice enough. What more do you need?
