I arrived to get my car at approximately 3:45 PM only to discover that the garage's elevators were broken and they were unable to get any customers cars. After a 2 hour and 45 minute wait they were able to get one elevator working. During the wait the company sent over one more attendant to help with the backlog. Unfortunately only one of the attendants spoke English which hampered efforts. At one point they actually started to argue very loudly between the two of them as to who would actually get the cars. Not good. To top it off after waiting nearly 3 hours they did not even offer me a discount and insisted on charging me full price. Needless to say I will not be returning, I have already found a cheaper garage only a few blocks away, which is great since I was a daily customer. I am a local concierge in a 500 unit building and I will be directing my residents to the cheaper garage, obviously. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Worst experience ever, even though I’ve been a loyal customer at the Lawerence Street location. The elevator door was not working, and I was told I had no option but to leave my car overnight. I have documented proof that my Uber rides as well as my parking for 08/31-09/01/2020 will be reimbursed as per one of the employee working there. I went to retrieve my car this morning only to be billed for Overnight parking, and told that my Uber trips will not be reimbursed. Refused to give me a supervisor name and number. The worst experience I’ve had at any parking lot. I expect to have my trips reimbursed as well as overnight parking if the elevator is not working and I cannot retrieve my car.

The worse parking garage ever! Parked my car there on 8/31, and my car got stranded when their elevators broke. They have two elevators, but one is always broken and they didn't bother to fix it. I waited two hours and the elevators were still not fixed. I had to crash at a friends apt over night. I called their customer service, no answer. Emailed them twice, no answer. Garbage garage!

I parked here for 7 hours and my left side front bumper paint is fully scratched off. I didn’t know I could leave a picture. If I did I would have posted a picture. I tried calling but of course they don’t answer the phone. I never had this problem before at a parking garage.

I never had a problem, but everytine I have to pick up or drop off my car I have to wait 45 mins to an 1 hour for someone to show up. I'm not sure why this company even bothers to here people if they are going to be lazy or sleeping on the job.

This is by far the worse parking lot I have ever been to. I literally stood in the lot for 30 minutes waiting for an attendant to come and assist me. No one in the booth and no one around. Absolutely ridiculous, I will never park here again

They use an elevator system to move cars. They also don't record license plates correctly. So at the end of the night, you are SOL because they can't find your car, or the other 20 people's who are also waiting. Appalling.

Good service, clean garage. You have to drop off your car with the attendant. Watch out for people in the sidewalks and their dogs!

Literally charged me $35 for 8h and 30mins when the rate is $32 for 10hrs

Take forever to bring cars down.
