I had selected the wrong lot on Pandaparking app- my mistake. But the assistant manager of this parking lot was a jerk about the situation. He yelled at my friends to get away from the car when reservation number didn't show up in his system. He had zero familiarity with the pandaparking app, and no desire to help me figure out what went wrong. Refused to listen any time I spoke, repeating "there is no reservation number!!!" over and over. He locked my keys in the managers office, as though he expected us to make a break for it, and eventually made me fork over $25 bucks to get my car out. (Pandaparking company was very helpful when I spoke to them the following day.)

I hid my rose gold watch (of some value) and some rose gold earrings (fake) inside my car before parking. They were COMPLETELY out of sight. When my car was brought to me, i looked for the items and the watch was gone but the earrings were left behind. Management was unresponsive. I parked in this lot many times before and knew the attendants whom I can no longer trust. Be aware. I learned the hard way

Went to a day brunch to come back and pick up vehicle and the elevator to bring cars down isn't working. Was told to come back the next day to get here and the elevator still not working
