As for the work itself, they were amazing and friendly and helpful. My extractions we're done well and I healed quickly and loved how everyone in the office treated me. However.... I paid my part upfront and not all the teeth were pulled due to issues that ever for my case and I agreed with the dentist on that. So I asked about my refund, was told after insurance pays their part I'd get my part back. Ok. I called a couple weeks later after I got my insurance statement, they confirmed they owed me a refund. I was told it could take 8 weeks. So I called today, two months later and I'm told it was never processed and it would be up to 4 more weeks. They would call in three weeks to check in. I'm so upset they could take my money upfront in the beginning of September, get their part from insurance in September and here I am still waiting. I loved everything else about them. This is completely disappointing. It was several hundred dollars that I really needed to have back already. I needed the procedure done and trusted I would get reimbursed by now since my insurance would cover so much. I understand them wanting their money upfront but to make me wait so many weeks later, and then for them to realize it's not done and tell me it's going to be more weeks of waiting is unfair.

Absolutely the worst experience and dental office from everyone involved from the office manager Carolyn to the actual dental team who performed the work. I’m not only having to redo all work done by Ideal Dental with a new dentist, but I also have to pay (start over) this process with another office. My crown, my deep cleaning under the gums, my night guard which I did impressions for on two different occasions seeing Ideal Dental lost mine. For months they gave me the run around and I was only refunded $100 out of thousands of dollars of work and no mouth guard. SEVERAL months later I received a random persons mouth guard in the mail by the new manager Carolyn who has been nothing but the absolute worst in her approach to this and how she has treated me. This place could care less about anything but taking your money. RUN far from this dental office. Doesn’t matter the location. Carolyn has finally answered my call and he continues to dodge yo tell me she requested a refund of $175 for the remainder of the mouth guard which isn’t even the full remainder of what I paid, and that I can only sit back and watch my bank account to see when it arrives. 8 months is long enough. I will be proceeding with a legal team. Absolutely insane.

I wish I could give a positive review and typically I could but this time there was a miscommunication with staff on what I was suppose to pay for my cleaning. I usually pay $53 with my dental insurance and that's what the staff told me before I went in to get my cleaning done. There was another dentist there in place of mine and after my cleaning was done went to go pay and I was told it was going to be $127 today due to a different dentist covering and doesn't grant the code for a cleaning through my insurance to pay the $53. Needless to say I am not happy about this and if would have been told I would have made another apt so I could pay the amount of $53 versus $127. That's like $74 more than I should have paid for the same service and in today's inflation that wasn't cool with me. I'm not sure I can go back to ideal dental if this kind of things can happen. I work too hard for my money and pay insurance so I don't have to pay full price. Very disappointed and never had an issue with with ideal dental before.

I had gone to this place for a routine cleaning and they gave me a quote about all the deep cleaning , fillings etc which needed to be done on my teeth which was like $1700. I told them I can’t afford the amount, so just give me the basic cleaning services that is covered under my insurance. They were rude and told me that they could only provide the whole deep cleaning and not just the basic routine cleaning.. Defined not going to come back and won’t recommend this service. How can you deny the basic cleaning which I verified with my insurance that it is covered, but you guys don’t want to provide. I am the one to pay the money and coming from my pocket, so I should be able to decide as well.. I found another dentist that can work with my needs… Goodbye to this place..

I had a wonderful experience here. The place was super clean, the staff was very accommodating to my needs. I came in same day, was treated for multiple problems, the dentist was so sweet very professional and gentle. I felt very taken care of at my time here. They offered wondeful financing options which helped me recieve the care that I needed without having to pay the whole amount up front. Caroline was so sweet she let me borrow her personal headphones and even a phone charger to make sure I was comfortable during the procedure. The dental assistants were very attentive and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Will be bringing my family here and recommending this place to everyone. Thank you so much ladies! ❤️❤️❤️

If you are hesitant to visit a dentist for any reason , choose this office. Every single person there made me feel at ease , or at least tried really hard , i’m not easy :/ . They were all so sweet and patient with me , i cannot say enough , honestly , i was a wreck about this appointment . I would like to give a special shout out to Kasey( i hope i spelled that right ) she was so amazing and sweet and FUNNY ! i honestly had a good time , until Dr Radha came in , but that’s not her fault because she was amazing too , she took the time to listen to me and it makes such a difference I will never go anywhere else. Thank y'all so much for treating me like a human being!

They're great UNTIL you have a problem then the front office staff is pretty rude and unhelpful. I had emergency work done while they were closed and wanted to follow up with them because I was having some issues and concerns, but was told they won't do anything because they didn't do the original work. What if I had emergency work done outside of town? I don't follow up with MY dentist? They did me a favor by not squeezing me in. I don't want a dentist working on me that cannot come behind another dentist's work or even check to make sure everything is okay. I'll spend my money elsewhere with a better staff and better dentist.

After years of avoiding the dentist unless absolutely necessary due to past trauma/dental anxiety, I’m SO happy to say I’ve found a place I love! Dr. Amin and staff (especially manager Carolyn) have gone above and beyond to make each visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I’m a big baby when it comes to anything dental, and now don’t even need to *medicate* beforehand (whereas before I needed major help, even for a cleaning). I’ve even had my toddler in for her first 2 dental check ups, and they were fantastic with her! I’ve been going there for over a year and a half now and will absolutely continue to do so.

Awesome experience! Everyone in this office was wonderful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted so nicely and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Front office staff were so nice, genuine and professional, and the dental assistants were so comforting and accommodating. Dr. Espanol was sweet and answered all my questions and really educated me on how to properly take care of my overall oral health down to a recommendation on which electric toothbrush to use. She also saw my infant son for his first dentist appointment. Everyone did so great with him and he had a great first dental experience!

The staff and Dr.Amin are fantastic. They are extremely honest and try to work with you to find the best solution for you and your dental health not what is going to make them the most money. They are so patient in walking you through various options and worked diligently with my insurance company to make sure I was billed correctly. I had to go abroad so they immediately made sure that the lab rushed to make my crown so that I would have enough time to have it put in. Caroline and the front desk team are so personable and have great customer service. I recommend everyone to visit the team at ideal dental!

Maria called a few hours before my appt time to let me know my appt was canceled. When I asked Maria why? She stated she needed my forms and insurance information filled out prior to my appt. I informed Maria, forms and insurance information was completed on the portal 2 days prior to my appt. She replied with “ I don’t see that information so we still have to cancel” informed Maria I actually have a screenshot with the date of the completed forms. Maria did not want to work around their mistake and continued to state “ I’m not saying you’re lying, but your appt still needed to be canceled”.

I'm not one to go to the dentist unless the pain is super unbearable however I was referred to them by the Ideal Dental in my hometown. Y'all, they did great and that is a lot coming from a woman that would for real rather have a baby than go through another bad dental experience. The staff were nice and informative and the surgeon was nice as well. I was in and out in 35mins!! The staff are angels. They accommodated my son and I so lovingly and patiently when I accidentally locked my keys in my car before our appointment and had to wait for roadside assistance for two hours. It was storming pretty bad and they went above and beyond to make sure my son was safe and sound inside while I checked the car and met with the technician to solve my issue. Never did they roll their eyes or try to rush us out. Ill definitely recommend them to anyone I know!

Awesome Dentist and staff. My family and I have been going to Ideal Dental Clear Lake for a while now and we love it. Everybody is so friendly and the environment is great. My son had a cavity today and he was very scared and nervous to get treated. All the staff was extremely friendly and patient with him, they explained everything to him in a very nice and kid friendly way. He was so happy he got it done. I extremely recommend this place to all families with kids!

This was the best dental experience that I’ve ever had. While traveling through the Houston area I lost a temporary crown. Ideal Dental took me in the next morning and created and replaced the temporary crown. The final cost was more than reasonable. The front staff and dental technician were professional and efficient. I was definitely a VIP, a very important patient. I was more than pleased with the entire experience. I highly recommend this office.

I had a loose tooth and needed to see a dentist asap, the office staff was able to work me in. Upon arrival I was greeted by the office that were friendly. My wait time was less than 5 min I was taken to a treatment room where everyone introduced themselves and explained what they were doing. The Dr came in and explained my options, she began my treatment continued to explain what she was doing. Great experience would highly recommend them to anyone.

The best Dentist ever! They are very patient and made my daughter feel comfortable. My daughter used to be so afraid of the dentist. We started going here before Covid and she wouldn't even sit in the chair. The dentist would examine her teeth standing up. Mow my daughter does xrays and get the full examination without me being in the room. Now when I tell her she has a dentist appointment she gets excited. Highly recommend!

The staff at the Clear Lake location are very attentive and amiable. They ensure that the patients are attended to expediently and professionally. The make observations, explain the choices for treatment and provide an estimate in the spot. I was able to get a minor situation taken care of as part of my regular cleaning this morning. I would highly recommend this location because of their staff and good service.

I love this place it’s super clean. The front desk representatives were absolutely amazing they’re super nice and friendly. The Associates were nice and gentle with the work done on my mouth. They make sure you are comfortable as they do their job. I had to get two fillings and they did very well work on my teeth. Continuously making sure I wasn’t in any pain while they worked. I would recommend ideal dental to family and friends. My last visit I was told that I had been doing well on keeping my teeth in shape.

I know that finding a good dentist’s office is difficult and I am very lucky to have found this one. I enjoy the atmosphere here. The front desk ladies (and the entire staff for that matter) are very friendly, helpful, kind. Dr. Radha Amin is what a dentist should be. I had a crown that broke at the gum line leaving the roots in my gum. Most dentists won’t tackle that extraction. She did and saved me time and money. Dr. Amin is both talented and compassionate. The office personnel are excellent as well. They explain things well and are very responsive. Dr. Amin’s assistant was also excellent.

Update: while they've added more staff, they still are on top of and recommend the best! So grateful to the whole clear lake team :) Absolutely enjoy coming here. Everyone is so kind and amazing. I really appreciate the zero judgement, and are extremely understanding. I didn't have health insurance for a long time, but they welcomed me and made sure I was taken care of.

I cannot say enough good things about this dental practice. Staff = wonderful! Dentist = excellent! Oral Surgeon = amazing! I arrived with a long-neglected mouth of awful teeth. They helped me map out a treatment plan that best fit my needs and my budget. They didn’t just propose the most expensive option. I would recommend this dental office to anyone. A+++

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Chavda at Ideal Dental. He was very personable, and took time to answer all our questions before and after removing my daughter's wisdom teeth. His staff was also kind, and called a couple of times after the surgery to make sure my daughter was doing fine. We are very grateful to have had such good care!

I was extremely pleased with Ideal Dental in the beginning. But for the last 3 visits the only thing they are doing is cleaning my teeth. The appointments are every 3 months. So not only is my insurance being billed but I have to pay $160 out of pocket for this. I will not be going back to them.
