This was my second visit to Ike's, and much like the first time I walked away impressed with the quality of sandwich. When you walk in and look at the large menu hanging on the wall, you may be daunted by the large assortment of sandwiches and their corresponding names, so it may be worth your while to to check out a menu online to get an idea of what you want. The Matt Cain and Madison Bumgardner are the sandwiches ive personally tried and both hit it out of the park. #pitcherswhorake the taste is top notch and the availability of Dutch crunch as a bread option really brings it home in my opinion. Why 4 stars then? To me the sandwiches seem expensive. Expect to spend between 11 to 14 dollars for a sandwich and more if you want any of the sides offered (fries are delicious btw) and/or a drink. Also parking can be terrible as this location is in the center of the Plant. Lastly, the store closes the pretty early. Altogether though, Ike's is definitely worth a visit especially if you like sandwiches. The taste should have you coming back despite the obstacles.

I'm really disappointed that my meal wasn't prepared properly. I came in around 6:30pm on Saturday, December 15. The cashier recommended a sandwich that was off the menu ( The Mrs Robinson). As he was telling me what was in it, I mentioned that I cannot have ranch. He said it was possible to get the sandwich without it. I ordered 2 sandwiches and fried zucchini. The cashier asked what dip I wanted since I cannot have ranch, I said plain. When I got home, I took one bit and noticed that my sandwich was smothered in ranch. I had to take antihistamine to counter act the allergic reaction I'm having. I can't even go back and complain in person because they will be closed before I get there. This location should be more careful because people with worse allergies, might get hurt from the lack of attention.

Honestly probably one of the worst Ike’s I’ve been to. They always get something wrong! I asked for a Sandwich with avocado on the side. I had to drive back to tell them to remake it since it had avocado in it. While I was already there, I ordered a second sandwich, this time with no avocado at all. It had avocado again! It clearly said no avocado on the receipt. They made me waste gas and 40 minutes of my time. To top it off, to compensate for their mistakes, they told me they gave me a coupon for a free sandwich inside the bag, when the only thing they gave me was a coupon for $3 off any sandwich. What a joke of a location, never going back to that location.

I only leave reviews when a restaurant is extremely unsatisfactory. This Ike’s location on Curtner doesn’t know how to follow instructions at all. I asked for all of the vegetables and they decided to remove all of them. I also decided to pay for “premium” onion rings which cost nearly four dollars and they decided to not include those either. Although the atmosphere looked decent, that doesn’t really matter when everything else is so bad. The cashier also decided to give me a partial refund by deciding to keep the tip portion. Ike’s locations are not all bad, but this one is absolute trash.

The best characteristic of this place is the quality of their ingredients and many options that all serve to make a lasting impression on your tastebuds that will make you want to come back. But I give such a low rating because of the deceptive business tacttics employed by ikes. Regardless of your asking or not they place a 75 cent surcharge on ypur order to combat what they is rising wages and other state issues. Here's the kicker though you can opt put accorsing to small wording on a flier that is barely noticable. Word of advice, don't place a tax on your customers raise sandwhich prices your tactics are deceptive and I will not be back. Save your money and go to another sandwhich spot.

This location is absolutely the worst. Ordered a vegetarian sandwich, told them thrice to make it vegetarian. Got home and checked and it had bacon. Had to go back and waste 45 mins and explain the mistake to them. They showed attitude and didn't initially even apologize. These guys don't care if they get the order wrong. First learn basic customer service, get the order right and especially if it's vegetarian be extra careful. What I consider as basic needs to be taught to the guys at the location. A piece of joke, will never visit this location again.

They messed up my wife's order the last 2x on a very simple order... I've been fortunate not to have this issue. However when my friend and I were getting our meals we saw an employee who had put on his gloves touch his phone and earbuds then immediately making a sandwich after. Not coming back to this location, despite it's convenience I'm not compromising on food safety and getting the order right... Go to another location, you have been warned!

Food is so good but wait times are absolutely terrible even at times when they aren’t busy. I knew how long they took so I tried calling ahead. The first time they phone kept ringing and no one answered. The second time I was put on hold for a very long time. I was hoping to call ahead and then drive to the store, but they didn’t take me off hold until I had already driven there.

High quality sandwich shop. The breads we tried were a very nice texture, even the sourdough and gluten free, which could be chewy, were instead perfect. My family all enjoyed what they ordered and we'll definitely be back soon. I know people think it's cute, but I don't care for the complicated sandwich names. It does not make it easier with large orders. Perhaps it's the changes in some names too, adding to the confusion. I'm hoping for more places to offer options to order online, but pay with cash at pickup. I'm fine with a CC being on file for the orders.

Ike's is so good. And by far the fan favorite is the Ménage à trois. Make sure to get the Dutch Crunch bread, and try some Voodoo chips while you're at it! Not sure if they've stopped giving the caramel apple pops with every order, but they didn't give us any this time :( This location is in a rougher area, so I don't think you need to go to this location, but the other one nearby is in a business park. Just make sure to make Ike's a stop if you're visiting the area!

I've recently been introduced to Ike's, Thanks for my friend Amir. We went to lunch, as i walked in, clean restaurant, friendly staff, ladies restroom was also clean, modernized register. When my sandwich was ready, I was kindly alerted. Overall, Great Place! Sandwich is a whole different story. It was neatly wrapped, cut in half and warm. After my first bite, it blew any other sandwich place out of the water. Hands down, Best Sandwich place I've ever ordered from. Must taste it to embrace it!!! Thanks Ike's!

Great sandwiches, but this location will always mess up your order. If you add an ingredient, they forget it. If you remove an ingredient, they’ll keep it. Wish they paid more attention to detail. Today, I asked for extra onions and was charged $2 (which is absolutely ridiculous). I get home and there aren’t any onions. Update 12/4/21: I came here today, but they got my order wrong again. And when I told them, they gave me an attitude and were upset to remake my sandwich. This location is the worst.

My son introduced me to this place, I tried in San Diego I loved it, but today we visited one in San Jose , staff was not friendly but rude at 8.30 they said we can’t do fried sandwich and the for veg they cannot fried eggplant, you cannot use washroom as we mopped the floor….you better close the location. If you are open till 9 pm means you service till and start you clean up after …my worst experience

Absolutely delicious! I hate that they don't have one in Georgia. The ingredients were completely unique to any sandwich I've ever had on most of the places I have eaten. Mozzarella sticks...check. Fried mushrooms...check. Sauces we're flavorful and bread was soft but durable for the sandwich to hold such massive amounts of food. Must try once in your life but my bet is you'll go back again and again.

This is now my #1 favorite sandwich shop. The staff is always super friendly and their custom to order sandwiches are just the best most flavorful out there. The portions are generous and some times I safe half for later. If you are a sandwich person do yourself a favor and try out this Ike's. Also if you are a veteran or active duty military they offer a discount. Try them out, you won't be sorry.

Ordered the Madison Bumgarner and wasn't disappointed! I thought the sauces in the sandwich were pretty delicious, although I usually prefer a little more spice. The lettuce was a good addition to the sandwich to provide a different texture other than soft bread, melted cheese, and tender meat. Overall, I thought the sandwich was good. I definitely will be returning to try something new!

Horrible service bad when ordering out cause they take longer and get stuff wrong even though you literally order it through an app that reminds them and food always comes cold Ike’s is a family classic but This Ike needs to be closed

Came here for the very first time with a work colleague a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed! The sandwiches are a very different experience from any other Deli or sandwich place that I've ever been to. Very different flavors put together in a unique way. Great subs that dare stray away from your basic flavor lacking chain sandwich shops (cough**** subway, Togo's). A bit on the higher end with $$$$ but it's worth it. Try the 30 for 30 (Steph Curry) with motzerella sticks . Only down side is they don't give the Carmel apple lollypops anymore …

There’s a sandwich here for everyone! Love their Dutch crunch and their dirty sauce. Always ask for extra dirty sauce on the side! Ive never left this place disappointed.

SO GOOD! I can't believe I haven't been here before! Adam Richman Sandwhich (fried chicken, ham, honey, pesto & avocado) is delicious. The onion rings are a must try. I also love the little caramel apple lollipops they give with the order. Overall lovely staff in this location!

Ike's slogan is "not your mother's sandwich shop..." I wish that it was. Sometimes different can be good, but IMO when it comes to sandwiches, there's no reason to ruin the classics. Such as auerkraut on a reuben! Not "purple slaw" aka chopped cabbage. And American cheese? Yuk!

Ike's sandwhiches is the best compared to the regular sandwhich places. Their sauce is so good, it blends with the meats and veggies well. Im from new Jersey and will miss Ike's there. You guys should consider opening an outlet on East coast. Keep up the good work!!!

My best advice for Ike's? Don't go unless you want sandwiches spoiled for you anywhere else. I'm sure there are better sandwiches out there SOMEWHERE, but good luck actually finding them. Never been disappointed with the quality. A bit pricey, sure, but oh so tasty.

Ikes sandwiches are good. I've tried multiple locations and it's pretty standard everywhere. Ordered halal chicken with orange zesty sauce. It was pretty good with Dutch crunch bread. They are also following pretty good covid standards.

The sandwiches at Ike's are great. They have a long menu and if you have a favorite that's not on the menu, you could still order it. Also, if you are a vegetarian, try "163. Bumblefoot's: I'm with the band" and "265. Reading Rainbow".

Super friendly customer service. Unique selection of sandwiches including vegetarian. Fun atmosphere. You get a lollipop with your sandwich yay! My favorite is the #3030 Stephanie I think it's called. I LOVE the DUTCH CRUNCH BREAD!!!

Most tasty sandwich I can ever recall eating. I went for the 'Pilgrim' with whole wheat. They made it within 5 mins as I waited. The inside is well laid out and clean with a huge menu on the wall. The price was $9.99 and worth it!.

Not only are the sandwiches expensive to begin with, they add a $.75 charge because of the minimum wage hike. I paid $16 for my sandwich and they didnt even make it right, which sucks for me because i took it togo. Stay away.

Unusual take on the deli sandwich. Good ingredients on good bread. Freshly made quickly. All sandwich are named for local sports figures. First visit. Will be back to explore more menu items.

Convenient stop for a fast sandwich but there is nothing fast about it. Higher than average ingredient and input quality, at reasonable prices. Friendly staff, and clean atmosphere. Must try!
