A bit below average. Owner/location manager was a bit rude on the phone when getting information. The location was small and only one bathroom to share among three floors. “Restroom” in the kitchen was the size of a brooms closet that only contained a toilet. Good place for those who are vegan or vegetarian because that’s the only food that is kept in the home. Very small kitchen for non vegetarians and non vegans staying here. Owner/ location manager was training a young girl while we were there and he would scold her when she said something incorrectly. I felt that she was embarrassed and we as guests felt uncomfortable… he told us she needed to know the information in case he wasn’t at the property… but still. Not the best experience. Only stayed for a single night because it was cheap and closer to the area we needed to be at.

Si vous voulez un bon service et passez un bon moment, NE PAS CHOISIR cet établissement. L’accueil est désagréable, la literie dure, la propreté sommaire. De plus, quand on veut s’attendre à discuter pour exprimer qu’on n’a pas apprécié au bout d’une nuit et qu’on souhaite se faire rembourser les nuits non passées, aucune considération sinon du mépris. Georges Gittens n’a rien d’un gérant mais d’un voleur, menteur et j’ajouterai pour ma part misogyne.

Worst place ever ! DO NOT GO THERE ! I trusted the comments and I regret it so bad. It’s really disgusting and there is mold in the bathroom and in the room. Do not open the fridge, I almost puke because it was disgusting. Yeah it’s a central place but it’s not worth it. Please trust me, do not go there, health service should check this place for customers well being.

We had a booking here but the airline canceled our flight last minute. When we contacted the host, he was very understanding and even gave us a full refund even though he didn't need to. Note that the negative reviews are all from one group of travellers, who are upset they couldn't leave mid-stay with a full refund.

Stationnement dans la rue. Pas facile de trouver de la place en plus de jouer à déplacer sa voiture pour éviter d’avoir un ticket. Pas pratique et pas tranquille pour visiter NYC
