I have taken both my cars into for a wash three times. In all three occasions I get a standoffish look no attempt at a proper greeting by both individuals on site. The younger assistant (taller of the two). At one occasion climbed into my car and reversed it and came within a few centimeters of hitting the car at the back of my car. That is the shorter more senior colleague who was driving the car at the back of my car. No apology given just a arrogant glance at me and he continued. I got the impression that the younger man does not have a driver's license and needs a serious attitude adjustment. This the last time I went through to impulse car wash for a cleaning service of $25 per car. At most occasions I have rather than have a debate about good service. I have taken their cleaning cloth with their permission and done the bottom sections of both my cars when they were washed. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND RATHER LOOK AT AN ALTERNATIVE SERVICE PROVIDER in the area.

After 11 months I tried them again on Sunday 14 November 2021. The standard remains terrible. For $45 I had to redo the work. The wheels were full of grime and so many spots all over the car body. Windows not cleaned properly. NEVER AGAIN! 11 months ago - Terrible experience. The attendant aggresively tryied to upsell me to a service I didn't need. I asked for the $45 Express Plus and he was insisting I had to have the next level of service which is $100. The job done was terrible. Bird poo still on car, still had dust on parts of the outside of the car and didn't clean the interior console. Won't be back!

My car was cleaned spotless within 3 hours (sedan internal+external clean, $250) and I was not automatically charged for the most expensive option when I asked for whatever to make my car new. Everything was shampoo-ed and cleaned, much better job than the other car cleaning places I've been to. Important to note, I had a lot of coins spilt around in my car probably behind the seats and these guys kindly put them aside for me without taking them (I think most other places would have just taken the random ten dollars worth of coins..), found little pens I thought I lost and gave them back to me. Thanks!

Pulled in for a clean, was immediately lied to about pricing ($350 for an interior + exterior clean). I asked for a price list, which had the top clean listed as $290. I chose a middle tier option, at $220 - and the sales guy said to at the prices were “starting at” guides. I said I’d go elsewhere, and he said he’d speak to his manager to try and get the price down (from $250). When leaving, he knocked on my car to attempt to get me from driving away. Awful experience, slimy business practices, bad salesmen kinda vibes. Definitely recommend going elsewhere given the change in ownership.

Honestly the best external/internal hand car wash I've had in Sydney. They really pay attention to details, have fair prices and have friendly, hard working staff. That being said, it is one of those "don't judge a book by its cover" type of locations. The wait area is small, the air con was leaking, and no tv, but they have complementary pod coffee or tea bags and generally do the wash fast enough that you don't notice if you have your phone to answer a few emails. Definitely worth going to, but you might want to call ahead and make sure they're not too busy.

I am very responsible to tell you that this shop is a fraud! I went to do a general cleaning this morning. There were no customers in the shop at that time, and their only employee kept recommending me to do polishing. After I refused, I finally got my car after waiting for an hour. But when they charged me for it, they told me it was $150 because I was a 7-seater commercial vehicle and they told me they didn't have a price list and they charged by feeling. I'm here to remind you, never wash your car in this shop!

Very disappointed. Took my high-end sportscar there for a wash. Explained to the owners (in detail) that my car has full PPF clear wrap and to use very low pressure wash when rinsing, particularly around the wheel arches . After saying 'Oh Yes Sir, No problem' my car was washed and I noted severe damage to wrapping at both rear wheel arches with water bubbles everywhere. Will now cost me several hundred dollars to replace damaged parts of wrap. Won't be going back.

I have been coming to impulse car wash almost 3 years and every two weeks I bring my car and every time I have welcomed by owner Me as a person have no respect to my car I throw every rubbish in it and every time I get my car back it is spotless clean and smell good I don’t understand why these ppl give bad reviews which shows that they were in their period!!!support the small businesses guys without them we live in covid forever!!!long story short 6 star !!!

Raj is a good God fearing guy , very truthful and honest. Last time my wife went there to get her car for general wash, I noticed some old stubborn marks on the bonnet were gone and that too at no extra cost!! We were quite happy with this Raj. I genuinely say these guys are the best car wash place in North Shore & I won’t hesitate to recommend them. So thanks and all the very best wishes to you and team at Impulse car wash.

A great job - had the full detail plus special bonnet treatment (to take out scratches and marks) and engine bay detail ready for sale. Brought the 8-year-old car back close to new. Well worth the $350. Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful and let me know when they were about to finish. Can highly recommend. Should treat my new electric car to such pampering at least once a year.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience compared to previous reviews. It was a Tuesday morning so not a busy day. I sat for almost an hour before they even started on my car (that’s after I complained). The car came back clean but because they only had 2 staff members working, it took a hell of a lot longer than other car wash places. Sadly I won’t be coming back.

Came in rather abruptly on a Saturday to have my car washed. $25 outside only, fantastic job. The waiting area was great, also having clean toilets which is extremely accommodating. The paid attention to detail on my vehicle, even though it's almost 30 years old and I appreciate that. Will make it a habit to stop here and get my car washed again.

I have been a customer with Impulse car wash for over 4 years. The new management has serious trading and conduct concerns. I have prepurchase a wash package with the previous owner. Same business name, same package conditions. The new owner won't honour it and does not care. Be careful with this business's package details, very disappointed.

Pricing at this car wash is not transparent. They advertise on Groupon and on street signs but as soon as you arrive they charge more. On Groupon I bought a voucher and when I arrived they tried to charge me $20 more because of a “large car” - despite the fact that on their price list a sedan vs a 4wd is only $10 different!

These guys are lovely to deal with and they did an amazing job of cleaning up a very dirty inside and out dual cab Ute that I thought had no hope of being resurrected! They kept cleaning until all stains were off the upholstery floors and exterior. I hardly recognised the car! Thank you for your efforts. Kathryn Elsworth.

My wife got a full detail here for $270 and when she got it back is was not done properly. They took it back and while they cleaned it more the car now stinks. On top of that they broke the connectors to the air con vents and just stuck back the broken ones like nothing happened. If you like you car avoid this place.

I took my 20 year old car to them, covered in black spots. It looked more black than the white colour that it actually is. They told me it would take two hours, which it did, and when I went to pick it up, it was immaculate. It looks like a new car and is so smooth to the touch. Great, great job.

I had never paid anyone to wash my car before. But after the car being laid up in the open for a month and with the previous water restrictions I though I would try these guys. A very thorough wash and vacuum later and it was impossible to pass it off as my own work to the wife. Great job, guys.

Smears all over vehicle including windows and dash readings. Car not vacuumed properly. Tried to wipe down car right next to location when washing so got water marks all over the outside. Sign quoted 110 charged 120. Complete rip off. Had better cash wash experiences for 40 dollars.

I have tried all car wash around the area impulse is definitely the best of all. Nice clean jobs that you wish for for your precious cars as they do take care of them as their own. Staff are friendly , coffee is tasty. Highly recommend hand polish with clay treatment !

Took my car in today at the casula impulse car wash and the 2 people that was there was wonderful. COuld have persuaded me to get more wash but looked after my car perfectly. He didnt try and overprice me like other car wash and the car is perfectly cleaned.

I dealt with Gagan and got my car washed, polished, vacuumed (inside and out) plus a major food stain on the inside carpet of my car sorted in 1 hour for $90. They were efficient, quick and thorough. I recommend them to anyone who wants the same.

This team is amazing. My Mazda CX-7 must have been the dirtiest car they’d seen inside and out. They brought it back to showroom condition. They are proud of what they do and offer. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Terrible car wash. They did not clean many marks off the outside of my car. When I complained, they told me I would need to pay extra for my car to be polished to remove yellow marks... I won't be going back.

The quality of service and speed was good. The only annoying thing is you feel pressed to buy extras like waxing and polish etc which. The waiting place was not much fun and no place nearby to kill time.

Took my 4WD in after a three-week trip through Central Australia. Mud, dirt and dust everywhere inside and out. Came back looking like it's never been off-road. Friendly guys and great service.

I checked the Google reviews before I popped in and was not disappointed. Impeccable service, cleaned up my car in and out for only 70 and the car doesn't have a smell anymore! Raj was helpful.

My car was in need of a very deep cleaning and those guys, in addition to washing it very well inside and outside, did a polishing that even removed the car crash marks.

Service was exactly as quoted, no attempt to up charge or play silly games. They gave a time and were done exactly as promised with a great job. I'll definitely be back.

I've used these guys several times and the service has been excellent each time. Our cars have never been so thoroughly cleaned and at a reasonable price.
