Yesterday that was on Saturday Evening April 29, 2023, me along with my family members got a chance to visit at "Imtiaz Stores" at Bahria Town, Lahore in its Violet Block. Frankly speaking that was my 1st chance to Imtiaz Stores. No doubt; as heard, "Imtiaz Store" can be said to be another milestone / remorophy browser store that is achieved by the Pakistani nation in the consumer market (retail chain) in different parts of the country like Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi - Islamabad etc. As it is said in restaurants that "all you can eat", slogan, the same can be replaced in the consumer market that "all you can buy under one roof" referring to "Imtiaz Stores" would not be a false statement. By claiming this, I; Chaudary Saleem Muzaffar, really means to confirm whether one needs items like groceries, fresh fruits, dry fruits, juices like both of fresh or readymade quality, everything one can buy like electronics, daily household items, fashion or sports wear, pharmacy and children chocolates of different qualities can one find here according to his niche, range, quality, quantity and requirement. Above all they are also dealing with their customers at very competitive rates.

I have compared the brand store items with Alfateh like Milkpak, rafhan etc and they were more or less the same. Staff: The staff is mostly helpful but they are all always seem tired, please give them proper breaks. Restocking should mostly be done at night as staff interrupts the shoppers with large trolleys. Parking: Parking is ample but still not enough Size: Large shopping area and relatively wider isles as compared to DHA. Lifts and escalators are available. Variety: Only routine grocery items are available, you still don't get everything from one place. I couldn't find Stevia sachets, jau ka daliya, paprika etc. Checkout: Checkout belts are very small and can't hold a lot of things, you have to put stuff yourself and last time no one was there to bag it so I did it myself too. Freshness: Vegetables are ok but Fruits are always stale, not consumable.

Upon entering a supermarket, customers are usually greeted by a wide array of products and bright displays. But Imtiaz Supermarket is made a little different it is organized into few sections like kids toys, meat, dairy, bakery, dry goods, clothes and many more. I recently visited Imtiaz Supermarket and was blown away by the exceptional customer service and wide range of products available. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to assist me in finding everything I needed. I was particularly impressed with the variety of fresh produce on offer, all of which looked and tasted amazing. The store was also very well-organized and clean, making it easy for me to navigate and find what I was looking for. Overall, my visit to Imtiaz Supermarket was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend this supermarket to anyone looking for high-quality products and excellent customer service.

Whilst this store and brand may have been great a few years back standards have since slipped. The quality of products offered are abysmal now. Some products were not labelled correctly (i.e. I bought a pack of vests, which I assumed to be half sleeves, but they weren’t and there was no indication on the packaging either) No assistance at cashier when asked to reply was “busy with other customers!” So get enough staff for the number of customers, you receive! The store seems claustrophobic with so much on offer, but not enough space to move around. The reason for three stars is that the selection was such that most things were available,and in stock. The competition has definitely caught up and I had slightly better experience at mart-one and even better experience at the jalaal sons branch at Bahria. Imtiaz up your game now!

Parking: ample parking for store itself, also available some space on service lane Items: All items from grocery, garments, electronics, cosmetics,crockery, fresh veges and meat,plus a small confectionery shop also within the store. Prices: Prices are very reasonable, some items even less than retail price. Its a fact that big stores get hefty discounts when they buy items in bulk, but never pass it onto their customers but IMTIAZ is an exception. Checkout counters are a bit congested and quite small space to put items after price scan. Loyalty cards are not available as per customer care for unknown reason. Inspite of their smaller area compared to metro,carrefour or similar chains, and less collection in crockery, electronics and garments, I would still recommend IMTIAZ for groceries.

This Monday, I have bitter and annoying experience as a regular customer , I purchased mutton and beaf and requested a counter boy to minced Round one ķg but when put on the counter their was water like fluid flushing out on the table , fail to judge the source I put all the items in a shopping bag When going to pick at home car back seat was stained with water and water is continuously dripping from minced , I made a complaint through phone but no explanation and response on such dishonesty, Beaf was flooded with pressure which is very sad if the Imtiaz like store is supplying such a substandard and unhealthy beaf and mutton. So I recommend avoid to purchase mutton and beef from their .

It is the largest store in Bahria town Lahore as for now with all types of groceries, electronics, cosmetics, shoe store, dresses, house holds, pharmacy etc. The best point is that it’s PRICES. The MOST ECONOMICAL & BEST PRICES in this store as compared to all other stores in Bahria Town Lahore. Highly recommended for economical prices & best quality shopping in Bahria Town Lahore.

On a Sunday when it's peak busy at afternoon, the employees decided that now would be a good time to restock everything when clearly this is something that should be done the night before. They were literally telling the customers to move away from purchasing so they could restock, which is absurd. Poor management. The store was a mess, and there were boxes on the floor in almost every aisle, which further made walking around difficult.

4 stars for the economical prices. Compared to the market their rates are much less. Almost everything is available. But the overall items lanes are very congested. 2 way trolly crossing is very tough unlike in metro which have spacious item lanes. Furthermore, the cash counter, those are small as well & the trolleys do not have a lower tray for items such as phenyl, oil, soft drinks etc. But i do recommend it for the economical rates.

So much crowded. The ac was not working. So much hot and humid inside. Plus now thay are not maintaining their standards. As lcds where customer can watch their bill not working for many cashiers. Plus tag not available on many items. So when making bill they simply don't know the price and don't bother to check the tag. Plus this branch's staff is rude ans annoying. Specially the supervisors standing there. Please improve yourself

I have good experience regarding purchase and quality of products but I'm disappointed with the attitude of staff at counter with no discipline. They are in a hurry just mixing the items of costumers. I just reached home and realised that there are things mentioned in my list which I had not purchased and they are not in my bag as well. I just paid for what I didn't need and didn't find in my bag as well.

Not recommended for anyone who wants good customer service. Prices have also increased for items like sugar and fresh produce as compared to the outside market. You can get a lot of grocery cheaper but there is a lot that is more expensive here. So be careful! Also, after shopping, no one will pack your stuff into bags, you will have to do it yourself. So keep that in mind and take someone with you!

Great place for shopping but I hate long queues. they should work more on customer services to improve better services. overall economical but you need to check and compre products on the shelf. but you can't compare this store with Jalal sons or Alfateh. still I'll give 5 stars because of value for money and easy access and parking space.

Good store for daily, weekly & monthly grocery shopping. They manage many options under one roof, few (electronics, crockery, clothes, shoes, cosmetics). Prices are reasonable and less than other stores in the vicinity. Good experience of shopping must go at Imtiaz Megastore you will be happy & satisfied.

Their food court is amazing especially their Panini Sandwich I love the taste and definitely value for money the size is huge and the stuffing is well sufficient, it is a must try !! Obviously Imtiaz has a lot of good reasons to visit, low pricing, all of the stuff under one roof etc etc

Very congested super store.. very difficult to move around.. untidy, very small lift.. you need to wait for hour to go first floor with trolly for half of categories displayed upstairs ...over all it is not a suitable place to shop for grocery comfortably

Worst service, products not enough like mutton leg, bone less veal or beef. Non professional staff on counters, slowest function of counters, I visited monthly since a year but no more in Sha Allah They charge my card multiple times and then reverse it.

All brands available. Prices were competitive. It was good shopping experience for the month under one roof. Meat corner had fresh and different quality both mutton and beef on reasonable prices. Fresh vegetable and fruit corner needs improvement.

Good place to buy groceries and it has different varieties of food.. They also have Fruits and Vegetables and they also have a meat section as well as fish section.. They also have bakery items and stationary items, electronics,crockery and toys..

Imtiaz was dire need of Bahria Town Lahore. I was delighted to see it there. Imtiaz quality is good at reasonable prices. It's timings are good. Goods diversity and presentation is nice. People of Bahria Town are happy to shop at this store.

Each & Everything you want will be available there under one roof, but my experience was bad because i call the customer service to ask if they have 9 pets of Nestle Water 500ML. They said yes we have after that i reached their nobody can

It is a really good place to do grocery shopping, shoes, clothing crockery electronics etc. Also, their bakery is too as well especially their panini sandwich. Bombay chocolate cake and cupcakes are also yummy.

IMTIAZ Superstores is a big name among the Superstores family. They enjoy good reputation. But in such businesses, need of improvement always remains there according to the number of visitors.

They offer better prices on certain grocery items compared to other well-known stores. Staff is helpful. However, the fruits and vegetables didn't appear fresh. Parking is easily available.
