Scammers need to be reported the gambling commission for dodgy practices. Went in a short period won £70 cashed in tickets, member of staf decided snatch my cash payment from the machine with out any reason for doing so. Then accused me of stealing another customer money l. When suggested it was an issue with their machine and nothing to do with me she hesitantly gaveme the money back. I then proceeded to use another terminal and put £10 in she then insisted I give another customer £20 as the pay terminal had short paid them and had over paid me, When I suggested this wss not my issue and was up to them to reimburse the other customer, she accused me of stealing and would call the police. I suggested she should call the police as it was not my problem at this point she insisted I leave which I agreed to do with out any protest, when I attempted to cash im my withdrawal the machine had been blocked and she refused to cash in my withdrawal. I am now left with a £10 withdrawal ticket that they have refused to cash. This inappropriate behaviour from a licensed venue and I will be seeking that there license is reviewed on the grounds that they operating with the attitude of no regulation. Bussiness like this should be eradicated from high streets

Good place to play machines for fun but magic 7 machines dont pay out and one of the staff is rude they stop you playing the machine and changing up as well best to go else where they don't like it

Service for drinks can be slow, but providing you don't spend too much (not over £20), can be fun, with occasional wins.
