Scam artists, poor service with no quality control. Firstly I was told my car would be $60 to clean when I knew that wasn't the right price, I questioned the Owner and he insisted that was the price. I walked away and googled the service I wanted, which was $50. I came back and questioned the Owner and he said that it's because we did the upgrade which was $10, this is not what I asked for and was never told that there was an upgrade to begin with, this services should be offered as a choice, not implied. Then when I came to look at the car the service was terrible, there were spots all over the exterior of the car which I had to spend time pointing out to workers. I then drove off with my friend not looking in the interior prior to leaving (because I was already tired of pointing out missed areas which I should not have needed pointing out). I got home and really assessed the interior, it was also a poor quality service. Part of the dashboard completely missed, door jams not cleaned, doors not Armor-Alled, areas with excessive Armor-All that weren't wiped, product simply used to mask the stains/dirt/marks etc. There was also another customer there screaming at the owner for the poor service received with regard to some promotional offer. I've had problems with these guys in the past with this. The problem with In2wash is the business is rotten from the head down with absolutely no quality control which should be the owners main focus, not just collecting and extracting people of money. I will be going to Magic Hand Carwash in Airport West who has much higher google reviews for obvious reasons and I've always been happy with their service. Adios In2wash, how you are still in business I'll never know.

I asked them to vacuum insife of my car properly if i had a perfect machine like they do i would happily do it at home. After waiting for 1 hour they msged me saying the car is ready to be picked up. I went and my husband checked out the car with me the front was so clean and vacuumed properly wiped down clean i was very happy but then realized that the back seats still had a huge amount of sand everywhere the seats werent vacuumed the sides were not wiped after i confromted the worker he told me the car will not always be 100percent vacuumed sand will always stay 90 percent ok i was ok with that but after telling him 50 times the seats arent clean u havent vacuumed it he told me its normal i told him the back sides havent been wiped he said hell do it now raising his voice. Never will i go there i vacuumed the car seats when i got home and guess what its clean.

Advertised prices clearly state $20, and extra $5 for large cars and 4WDs. My car is by no means a large car, it's a Nissan Cube, a compact car from Japan. After asking "Really?", the guy backtracked and said the $20 doesn't include the door sills or tire shine. I reluctantly agreed and paid the $25 just to see how good a job they would do. I came back 15 minutes later and it was appalling. There were dirty spots everywhere. It took another 10 minutes to rectify all the dirty spots they left. I've seriously done a better job rinsing it with a high pressure hose and running it through a touch fee car wash, and cheaper too! The touch free car wash doesn't leave micro scratches over my duco like this mob did. I'm not even going to bother going back to this mob for a cut and polish to fix their damage, because they'll only make it worse. Never. Again.

I took my pride and joy to the guys and I was a bit perplexed on getting my car washed and detailed because of previous experience I've had with other car wash places that are in shopping centres, I handed my keys over and did my shopping (35 minutes max) and received a text saying my car is ready, I finished my shopping and saw my car and she was shinning from every angle and then I opened the doors and the inside was immaculate, I couldn't of done a better job, the car looked better than when I first purchased it from ford dealership 2 years ago. We have another car that we will be definitely bringing it in to the boys. Brilliant job boys and for only $50 for the amount of work you guys did and the way it looks when I picked her up, is bloody brilliant. Again thank you boys I can't recommend you guys enough !!!

Some may remember I had a not so good experience a few months ago literally the last day of trading before Covid-19 restrictions took effect. After speaking to manager Taylan he requested I give him the opportunity for some of his best,experienced employees to re-do the $250- package before making a final decision to request refund. Well I have to hand it to "superman Harry" the main guy who took care of my car for doing a spectacular job this time round. What a difference compared to the first time where it looked as if the guys then only did a quick $20-30 hosing down and rough vacuam.. that was all then. NOW I'm really really happy with Harry & guys @ #in2washcarcare Broadmeadows for putting in extra effort and attention to detail as it shows in the outcome. And Taylan thank you & God Bless

Had my car washed today and I had been going here for awhile but this was the first time in about a year due to Covid and trying to save money. Guy says $55 for clean in and out I’m like it was $45 he said it’s gone up Anyway did it slightly cheaper but he was not friendly at all and I found him quite rude. Still when I picked it up the car after his hurry up message still not friendly to me as a paying customer u would think you would be friendly. With all these reviews it doesn’t look good for this business but I will be checking my car properly for the cleaning of the car tomorrow during the day light and I will adjust my review accordingly. Just be nice and friendly it’s not hard.

I had been here a few times and the service has been poor but its only a carwash so no big deal. Today's experience irked me. I had a prepaid voucher, so I guess my car was low priority because they already have my money. After nearly 3 hours I went to check if it was nearly done, they had only cleaned the outside of the car. Watching from a distance for 30 mins they proceeded to wash and vacuum every car that had came in after me. I got fed up waiting so decided to get my car keys and do it myself (prob a better job than what they would have done) I threw out the remaining prepaid voucher before I left as I now realise it was a worthless piece of paper. A sincere "thanks for nothing"

Perhaps the place has changed staff and management, but I had the best experience with In2Wash yesterday! Had the whole car washed inside and out and steam cleaned. There was a mystery stain on the carpet that I could never get out with soap and water, possibly from a sticky drink that had spilled. There was no trace of it after the steam clean! I also checked in between the seat and middle console where my vacuum can never reach and it was very clean. Even under the boot bonnet where all the leaves and dirt get stuck was completely spotless. I would give 5 stars if not for the fact that it's quite pricey. Otherwise would definitely go back.

I wanted an interior and exterior wash. It costs $35. The worker insisted that it was now $45. I checked the sign afterwards to see that its actually $35 and if you wanted an upgrade for $10, you could. But he didnt want to talk about it, he just walked off to the next customer. Also, the exterior was good, but in respect to interior, there were dirt marks on the drivers side. Customer service was awful I believe. When I was picking up my car, the worker was confused and seemed surprised when he saw my car was hatch after charging me $45. Then he remained silent. I dont believe I would go there again... theres other places anyway.

Broadmeadows Branch: Easy to access location, plenty of car space available to park the car for wash drop off, and to wait on the side as well after the car is washed, Sitting place for ladies also available inside the glass cabin which is the admin office, and chairs available outside as well to adapt to covid social distancing rules, u can also leave the car for wash n go shopping in Broadmeadows shopping centre Warm, polite n welcoming staff, they know their stuff n appear quite efficient in their service, Nice car wash experience for outside n inside wash, better to go early than to go later in afternoon.

The only reason I chose them again was because they are the only car wash in the Area. They work in poor lighting environment and often miss the dirty spot in the car. My last experience have been bad as they scratched my car door albeit by banging other cars door. Only saw it when I had better lighting at home drive way. Also one time caught them overcharging too. Just be strict and clear with them when using their service. Only one person at car wash located in external parking of shopping centre has good customer handling skills. Don't expect much from others.

Sometimes in life, there are learning moments. I've learnt that you never get your car cleaned from a carwash which doesn't have proper lighting, helps hide how bad a clean they actually did. I asked for a steam clean of seats and wipe down of the car interior. Came back and my car was parked in a dark spot, immediately picked up faults with the clean. After i paid and drove off into natural light, I realised how terrible the clean actually was. Never ever, everrrrrrrrrrrrrr again.

Every single time I drop off my car which is a Land Rover discovery 2015 model so not a small car, they do an amazing top quality job. Keep in my I have a toddler as well. In comparison to other car washes I been to including, craigieburn, Epping and Chadstone one which was the absolute worst out of all, IN2WASH broadmeadows (underground car wash) beats them all. The price is also very reasonable. And they didn’t ask for this review. Thanks guys for always doing a top quality job.

Not the happiest with the car as the side doors still had rubbish in them but it’s still okay. However someone stole my brand new sunglasses that were still in the case in the door of my car and I only just realised a couple of hours after I left and they were closed. I will definitely be taking this up first thing tomorrow. Such a shame that we’ve come to this and will definitely never use this service again.

If i could rate 0 i would. They left my car dirty windows not clean and when i went back and told them one guy there said he will wipe the dashboard but they only dust the leather they cant even wipe it. He wanted me to stand there while he cleans it and if i was going to shop and come back he told me he will charge me for parking. They have the worst customer service and workers who don't know how to clean.

Absolutely hate this place they scratched my car then wouldn't give me any details and just kept telling me to fill out complaints form so I did to just get email back saying we checked security and we didn't do so bad luck am now going through consumer affairs because they are so rude and arrogant and to top it off car was still dirty after all that

Went to put our car in for a wash on the in & outside . Were told they could not wash the car because it needed a polish ( full cost $85) He said to many bugs when we questioned why ,barely a bug on it !!! And only mild surface dirt as had only been a short time before hand it had been washed . Couldnt wash the car, what a joke!! DFO essendon.

Took my car for exterior wash and washing was not upto the mark. You can see the strain easily. When I told the staff, he explained me that it is paint and they cant do more then that.also they damaged my feont number plate and telling it was exiating damage. Not happy withem at all. Not reliable and waste of money. Avoid using their services.

Beware guys! They are big time cheaters. They always charge you extra. I purchased an online deal but they said they will charge 20$ because my car was 'too dirty' I told them if my car wasn't dirty, why would I bother coming down to see their face in the in the first place? And quality of their work was also not up to the mark. Losers !!!

I was told, I would receive message when ready, but never did, so when I when back after waiting for so long at the shops, the car had been ready for some time and they didn't bother to notify me. The job was poor with some areas missed, but I guess thats due to the lighting as it is done in an underground carpark with poor lighting.

I put my car in to be washed when I returned my key was damaged. The company is now calling me a liar saying that I gave them my key damaged. Be very careful using this company, they take no responsibility for any damages preferring to blame the customer for any damage, rather then accepting liability for damage they caused .

Gave them the car for interior and exterior wash, they said 45min. 1.5hrs later got the car back and was dirty inside under floor mat told the guys there and he said it needs to be scrubbed, I wiped the dirt with my finger and showed them, after leaving noticed the windows have marks all over them Never going back there again

Couldn’t offer a break down of costs, poor job cleaning the interior “added” an additional cost to wipe down the dash (paid total of original quote, clearly it’s make the price up as you go) and unbuckled my daughters car seat overpriced for a poor quality service! …

Very poor, unprofessional. They had no proper lighting arrangement to clean the car. Just finished the job in 10 minutes without proper cleaning. Also on my return I found an spare car key in my car must belong to some other customer. See the pictures, all I paid $50 to clean my car again. I will complain against them.

Cleaning was not properly wiped or vacuumed. This is the worst service I have ever got and the staff is rude, I felt like speaking to them I'm trying to get an free clean. I expected more for $180 and It would be great the company look into this and bring the standards as this problem is happening to many customers.

Purchased a Groupon and arrived at the carwash at 9am, I was the first car there and they said it would be 30mins. I came back at 9:30am and there were another 2 cars they were washing and they still haven't started on mine. It's now been 1hr and 20mins and my car still isn't finished!! Absolute poor service!!

Twice got my car cleaned with the same worker and he so called cleaned it in 10 minutes. When i confronted he apologised and acted like he cleaned it. As you can see in photos. Not even clean and charged me. Other workers clean really good. This tall man in particular is the one who doesnt put no effort 0/10

Very upset with the cleaning. Charged us $55 for inside-out cleaning and the boot was untouched. Car had all marks as left before. Was called in 30mins collect the car, and all the dust stood the same. Pathetic service. Visiting never again and will never recommend to anyone either...

Big SCAM company. Selling vouchers for bulk and save indicated redeemable at any site. Went to two sites in Broadmeadows and none of the sites accepted them. Vouchers worth 500 dollars indicating redeemable at any sites. Will need to report these scamming companies.

This car wash should be shut down. The manager is so unprofessional. I took my BMW X5 there twice and it wasn't washed. My voucher was fraudulently redeemed by the manager without performing the service. If you love your car, don't go there and avoid the MANAGER!!!

They're ok... not the best ! They do clean the car but don't pay attention to detail... the place (under the car park) they're washing the cars is also too dark which probably is another cause for them leaving marks on the car which are visible outside

Booked them for an inside out car wash and vaccum through groupon it was just perfect. Being a dog owner there was lot of dog hair on the back seat they managed to clean all of it and above all no extra fees for that. Amazing job guys.

i got my car washed, there was still small bits of bird poop and water marks on the hood which we had to wipe off ourselves. we complained but the man said that it was the paint causing the water marks, which i know is not true.

I dropped off my Corolla this morning which was in quite the state and the guys at in2 got it done in no time! Professional and timely! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at getting their car detailed !

This is by far the absolute worst car wash in Melbourne, after paying $65.. yes I said $65 I got my car with a leak of the power steering fluids and I've had to pay for the damages.. I'll say it again.. $65

After leaving the car in their care we found out later that there where items missing from the trunk. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY STEAL FROM YOU. I AM WARNING YOU, THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO WASH YOUR CAR.
