Tried calling the store numerous times this week over a period of two days, and the phone just rang off the hook. On the third day, I was lucky and managed to speak to someone, I got the confirmation I needed and I headed to the store. At around 17h00 I walked into 5-6 staff members huddled & chatting in the isle - I got zero acknowledgment from them, I proceeded to the unattended sales counter, and while I was standing there a staff member by the name of Amanda was busy with another customer acknowledges me and assures me she’ll be with me as soon as she's done with the customer. While waiting for my turn I heard the phone ring off the hook 3 times, whilst 5-6 staff members were huddled at the entrance chatting up a storm, instead of attending to the phone or the four customers that were on the floor. I spoke to one of the guys who was huddled, he humbly apologised and they dispersed soon after that and started engaging the customers. But it was extremely triggering hearing those calls ring unanswered whilst there were ample unoccupied staff members on the floor, the inattentiveness was extremely disheartening. But let the above be no reflection of the staff's interpersonal skills, When they do engage you they have great energy, just wish they were a little more attentive or they had some supervision. Im not one for technology really, my husband however is a tech geek, so when he found out that vodacom allows upgrades with incredible connections, i had to be at waterfront on my off day to this upgrade it took 6 hours for me to get my gadgets and contract and leave. What was explained to me is that there were two people before me for cotracts so i had to wait, understandable. Then i waited another 2 more hours with random phone calls asking questions. After ANOTHER 2 more hours i was called to come to the store because she was done, to my surprise i was almost charged the incorrect amount then waited another 30 minutes for that to be corrected. All in all, i understand that processes are needed to be done with certain tasks at the store but i wont put myself in a situation like that again.

However shoutout to Ryan the salesperson and Tahir the technician for excellent customer service - really friendly and helpful and really really wanting to help. Tahoe especially was competent and knew what where when how to fix the issue, and didn’t have any of that eye rolling condescension you normally get with tech guys in electronics stores. Couldn’t recommend Incredible Connection Waterfront and more highly - well done guys
Hi everyone, I had a good customer care attendant by the name Gustavo who help me figure out the better laptop at incredible connection VnA waterfront. Unfortunately did not buy an insurance cover because of the time and manner Abacus insurance took 3 month to respond to my claim. I would have love to buy another insurance on my new laptop but did not because abacus doesn’t answer quick and sometime neglect my claims. I suggest you look into subscribing with another insurance company. Thanks
I was most impressed with the service I received at Incredible Connection V&A Watetrfront. All the staff I dealt with were helpful & friendly, but of course Gustavv, the technician, stands out after solving my printer & computer's issues caused by a recent update. Gustavv's patience & relaxed manner put my mind at ease. My computer was in good hands. Many thanks! As I was leaving, another staff member insisted on helping me carry my printer to the car. You all make a great team!
An underwhelming experience: Dirty display shelves in disarray. Staff chatting in a group. No attention on customers. So many gaps in the displays, products missing. Not all products charged, screens dirty at 10:30am. When I finally got service the assistant was pleasant but IC is not my first choice. Robust, motivated and capable store managers would help here.
A tour of South Africa is incomplete until you see this place. It is beautiful. Clean place. The waterfront amazing. The fresh breeze makes you relaxed. Great packing space, accessible to people on wheelchairs, variety of stores. Good observation of COVID-19 guidelines. A number of ATMs. It is a complete town in itself.
I was impressed with the service from waterfront incredible connection manager Eugene with the service he provided .. I did have an issue with my online order but he assisted in a very kind and friendly manner.. I would definitely recommend this store for all purchases .. Excellent service from Eugene Thanks
I just went and asked for help with my phone. When other shops refused, this one gladly accepted. Severiano was very helpful and professional. Besides. I left something inside after I left and found it stored safely at the desk. This place deserves all the 5 stars and more. Thank you Severiano.
Came into the store looking for a basic laptop backpack. The salesman that assisted me showed me a few options explaining the advantages of the one I eventually decided on getting. He was polite and informative through out the interaction. 10/10 will go back and recommend to friends and family.
Terrible customer service! I called prior to come to the shop to buy a phone and salesman confirmed stock but actually his system was wrong and he didn't physically double checked, which resulted in a futile trip to the shop since stock was effectively nil.

Absolute worst service. Some of the most uninterested shop attendance when trying to purchase a device. If I could rate them below 1 star, I would. Save your time and go to Canel Walk.
