Honestly can’t believe how different and relieved I feel leaving today. I came in 5 weeks ago with neck and upper back injuries. The therapist I seen was Shweta who gave me a thorough consultation and with her expertise she found the problem. She set me plan of stretches, did session massages and various techniques which honestly have cured me from my injuries and pains. Now I feel better than ever to get back to my daily activities. Shweta always eased my anxiety and answered my questions. It was an absolute pleasure to visit the practice and Thank you for everything you have done for me.

I personally feel that my therapist Shweta had the empathy respect and professionalism I needed to recover. I think she is a wonderful person full of grace and poise and showed me nothing but kindness. I would recommend her to anybody that is going through what I went through. I thank her so much for helping me survive my ordeal in a short span of time.

Ive just had 5 sessions with a lovely physiotherapist called Shweta .I had a car accident beginning of October which left me with a very sore painful neck after the second session l was feeling the benefit Shweta gave me exercises to do and advise on using heat pads to ease the pain x Thankyou so much for helping me ease the pain Shweta x

Great physio, I've been to many over the years and Independent Physio have been by far the best. Very good service, first of all they listen to what the problem is, then advise and come up with a program to suit. In 3 sessions of physio my sciatica stopped and I have now gone back to work. Highly recommended.

My Physio Nida is a wizard. Going from severe shoulder pain due to a car crash , one half hour session with her and I’m now fighting fit again. Honestly I can’t say enough about her and the practice.

Had a lower back pain but now after treatment and an exercise program to strengthen muscles in my lower back I have now regained my fitness. Very professional service given
