My 2 star is purely for the facilities available there like speed post, updating your aadhaar, various saving schemes, location and free 2 wheeler parking and not giving another three due to short of Infrastructure and staff there. Post office is highly short staffed with just 1 person catering to various saving schemes deposits and updation of pass books even during peak hours. To bring icing on the cake is the internet speed of Digital India where server is either slow or having connectivity issues during large part of the day. They usually take almost 30 mins to manage one customer need and most of the times you find locals with minimum of 2-3 pass books in each hand.so the queue you see there in fact is 2-3 times longer. Dont visit this post office for deposits if you are running short of time. come here atleast with min 2 hours in hand. Speed post is little faster. remaining facilities isnt being used by me so cant review them. Another important point is staff helping any individual on their discretion. you might find them helping certain individuals out of the queue or through back channels. So be prepared for such nuicence and not to loose cool while waiting in the queue.

I recently visited this post office and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The staff were not attentive and seemed disinterested in helping customers. Despite waiting for an extended period of time, no one approached me to offer assistance. However they have enough and more time to scroll on their phone and watch YouTube videos. When I eventually approached a staff member, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by this post office.

Dude, you won't believe it, but the post office was surprisingly awesome! I know, who would've thought? The staff there were super friendly and helpful, and they had some seriously efficient systems going on. Plus, they had all these cool stamps to choose from—I ended up getting a bunch of funky ones for my collection. Not gonna lie, it made mailing stuff actually kinda fun. Props to the post office for making the mail game strong!

I'm sad that there is no zero rating available as this post office doesn't care to deliver our urgent packages when it is lying there for more than a week .Also the office always shows closed so can't pickup the parcel as well. When tried to call they disrespectfully disconnected the call. If your address comes under this post office don't bother to send by India post ever. Pathetic service, disappointed like hell.

Worst service, they are not ready to deliver the post. They will tell like if you want come and collect it or else we will put it in some room, there lots of rats are there. We are not responsible for the damage. And the parcel box also fully damaged, they not even handled properly. Worst ppl in Indian post. This post office was earlier very difficult to find and was in small road but now recently its shifted to mangammana palya road and it's easily accessible, you can avail all the facilities here! For Speed Post and challan payments there is no waiting time. It's real quick facility!! but for post office account related activities you have to wait and maintain queue.

Useless people, cant even deliver post and parcels being Post office employees. They call you to office to collect it. Recieved call saying you have a post we will deliver you tomorrow, but still today no update, when enquired they say it was delivered to mentioned address. Cant even call and ask person for the right address. One Word - Terrible !

UPI payment is such a hectic task because the payment QR code is dirty, scratched and with pen marks. They are not even bothered to keep a clear ones or keep it clean by laminated / etc. When the scanner is not detected, the teller asks to pay "cash". Actually they need cash payment only. Such a #Digital_India promoter.

Worst experience. No one reached out or called for 4 days and they simply keep on hold. Everyday message comes that delivery is out through NAVEEN KUMAR. Very disappointing. I have to go all the way to post office to collect registered post. Dont know why the delivery agent is appointed.

Posoffice is in good building easy access in Mangamma palya main road, it acts like a saving bank for deserved section of the society. It is a bit crowded and less organized like any other post office to serve the crowd.

Honestly this is one of the best branches in entire Bangalore, staffs are friendly except few.. only issue is with timings they're available only till noon 3 pm. Convenient to send or receive any international parcels!
