Earlier I went once, service wise it was so good so trusting the same I went again 2 days back…with the bleach and facial, my face looked dark and they told we see results later…now my skin got rough….even hair too on that day it was good…as she recommended took blow dry too but it changed my hair look too…very disappointed

*think 100 times before you go to this place. They dropped hot wax on my wife's both eyelashes and on her hair while doing her facial. I had to rush her to westmead emergency coz both her eyes were shut. The doctor says there a damage to the cornea. We are seeing the opto on Tuesday. We will take this further.
