We love this dentist office! Every staff member, from the front desk to the dentists, is kind, enthusiastic, respectful, and welcoming. We have never, for over six years, had a bad experience of any kind. During this last visit, on the way home, my 10 year old asked me if I thought I might like to be friends with her dental assistant. One of my favorite visits ended up being one I had been dreading; our child needed two teeth pulled for orthodontic reasons. When they brought her out afterwards, I asked how she was feeling/doing and she said, “I feel great, but they forgot to take out my teeth!” I looked at her dentist with alarm and her dentist said to my daughter, “what’s in your necklace?” and she looked down at the tooth-shaped necklace around her neck and said, in disbelief, “MY TEETH?!” The procedure had gone so smoothly that she didn’t even realize her teeth had been taken out!

Dr. Phillips and her team are amazing!!! My 3 yo daughter had broken a tooth last summer and has since had many traumatic experiences with Pediatric Dentists (I had previously tried 3 others, to be specific), but Dr. Phillips immediately put her at ease! I was shocked - my daughter has never had such a positive dental visit! Dr. Phillips and team were also very kind and patient toward me, taking the extra few minutes to make sure I felt completely comfortable with the treatment plan. On top of all this - they provided excellent care! They are clearly competent and skilled in their practice. I have found my little girl's dental home! I highly recommend them, without reservation, to anyone with a little one that needs a little extra patience...

This dental office is perfect for children! Drs. Phillips and Stockton are great dentists, and their office staff has always been helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They encourage children to walk from the waiting room to the dental chair with the assistants, without Mom or Dad. I was surprised how cooperative our little 3-year-old son was the first time he had a cleaning. The dental assistants know how to work with young kids by making the experience fun and educational. After our son got settled into his first cleaning, one of the dental assistants took me back so I could sneak a picture of him lying in the chair, clutching a Woody doll (from Toy Story.) They knew exactly how to make him feel comfortable!

From the moment my kids and I walked in the door we were greeted with such a smile and warmness. It was my daughters first dental visit and every staff member was so kind and guided her through the whole process. Dr. Phillips took a lot of time to talk to us and give us pointers for how to help wean her from her pacifier...and it worked! She even sent my daughter a note in the mail thanking her for letting her be her doctor. You don't see providers like this often, taking such time and consideration to make you feel heard, attended to and special. Thanks for making her first dental experience so easy. We will definitely be coming back and brining our son there when he turns 2.

We have been visiting Indianapolis Pediatric Dentistry since 6 years and feel very lucky to have found such an exceptional staff and dentists to care for our kids. Dr. Stockton especially has been wonderful in most recently taking care of a oral surgery for my daughter. She followed up during the week after the surgery and returned phone calls and soothe any and all of my daughters concerns and questions. Her staff are kind and knowledgeable and make the kids feel safe. My daughter also had couple of tooth extractions in the past year done by Dr. Stockton and Dr. Phillips as well. We truly appreciate Dr. Stockton and Dr. Phillips for their service and interactions.

The dentists at Indianapolis Pediatric Dentistry are extremely skillful dentists... highly qualified, and if that is all you are looking for, that alone would be enough to choose this practice for your children. However, this practice goes beyond that with a staff of people that is so caring, gentle and fun, your children will actually look forward to going to the dentist. My kids come home educating me on dental hygiene and oddly excited about floss! And after a procedure like a filling, the doctor takes the time to call me at home in the evening just to make sure my child is doing ok. This is a practice that cares and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I could not have asked for a better first-time dental experience for my daughter! I won't lie, she was not the most cooperative and she screamed the entire time, but the staff at Indianapolis Pediatric Dentistry and Dr. Stockton were so pleasant and understanding! They were very kind and managed to smile through the whole process, which really put me at ease and lessened my anxiety/guilt about having an uncooperative kid. I would definitely recommend them to others and have no hesitation in taking my child to them for all future pediatric appointments!

I had a wonderful experience at the Indianapolis Pediatric Dentistry! My son is 6 years old, nonverbal and autistic. He has a rough time even at a basic pediatrician checkup because he doesn't like anyone touching his face. The staff at Indianapolis Pediatric Dentistry were all very friendly and patient with him! Wow! The people are amazing. They are so calm and clearly meant to work with children. My 2 year old was able to be comforted by me like she would be at home without feeling any pressure to get the appointment over with. They were very kind and respectful toward her. We had a bad experience at another practice and switched here based on the reviews. I'm so glad we did. It's scary for a toddler to have to have masked strangers putting things in her mouth, but I can't imagine a better scenario than the one we had today.

Dr. Erin Philips and her team have made my daughter's check ups so fun and positive that she looks forward to her appointments every time! Their professionalism not only manifests in their amazing skills in pediatric dentistry, but also shines in their extremely patient, positive/happy, and respectful way when interacting with little kids and their parents. My daughter and I always walk out of the office feeling happy and reassured. I would strongly recommend Dr. Philips to anyone! In fact I've told all my friends :)

Our son is 2.5, so we've only been to the dentist twice so far. The first visit he was a little scared, but Dr. Phillips and her assistants sang songs and made it fast and painless for him. The second visit, he was talking about going to the dentist "to get his teeth fixed" (cleaned) for days leading up to it, actually excited to go back. Again, they were very skilled at making him feel like this was no big deal, even like something fun was happening and he enjoyed his cleaning. We love this office.

We chose Indianapolis Pediatric Dentistry because Dr. Crouse went to dental school with my dad and we absolutely love her! When she retired my children started seeing Dr. Phillips and Dr. Stockton. We love them too! They are incredibly kind and gentle. The office environment is very welcoming. Every visit has been great and they do an awesome job communicating concerns! For a few years, Dr. Phillips and her staff have provided dental care for my four year old. My daughter is comfortable when getting her teeth cleaned and connects with each person she comes in contact with. Upon entry, the receptionists are friendly and welcoming, the hygienists display patience with every child, and Dr. Phillips is warm and thorough with her care. Overall, the entire office is truly amazing and we are appreciative of the care they provide.

We LOVE Indianapolis Pediatric Dentistry. We've never had to wait long and the staff has always been very gentle, reassuring, and informative all at the same time. Dr. Stockton has always put my kids (and myself) at ease and has taught us how to take the best care of our kids' teeth. We've recently had to go to a different pediatric dentist due to insurance changes, and the difference in care is very obvious. We miss Indianapolis Pediatric Dentistry.

Dr. Stockton and the entire staff are incredibly professional and make the dentist a fun and easy trip. I found them after my 18-month-old had an accident and needed his front tooth filed down because it had chipped. My daughter is now 10, and we have been with Dr. Phillip's since Lindyn broke a tooth when she was around 14 months. I would never consider another pediatric dentist. Lindyn is now in braces with the ortho recommended by Dr. Philips, and both professionals are doing an excellent job of making sure the experience is positive, healthy and succesful! We love Dr. Phillips and the entire staff!

They did a great job with my son’s first time to the dentist. He was very nervous and almost in tears on the way to the appointment but they walked him through the whole process and made it fun. By the end of the visit he was smiling and having a great time. Would definitely recommend for all kids but especially for kids who may be hesitant to new experiences
