A complete scam! I got a bus ticket from Indy to Chicago and it never showed up. After 2 hours we had to leave because we would have missed our train in Chicago. They would not give me my money back. The station was essentially a homeless shelter. There were about 15-20 people sleeping on the ground when we showed up. When I tried to talk to someone at the counter he refused to look up from his phone and would not give me any information. Later giving an announcement to everyone waiting saying that no one was allowed to ask him any question he would not help us. When I tried to get my money back they refused and said I could only get a voucher to use for their service again. I’ve never met a company that would not give me an actual refund. Scammers! I had talked to some other people that were waiting for the bus and they said that this same thing had happened to them the other 2 times they had tried to use the bus service! Do not use their services!!!!

Absolute joke low class company. Not only were they late. The bus driver had to stop at Walmart for 20 minutes to do grocery shopping. Scumbags.
