Bin seit Jahren beim Indigo dabei und wurde tatsächlich noch nie enttäuscht. Es ist klein aber fein und genau das mag ich. Die Trainingsflächen haben eine perfekte Grösse, nicht zu klein und nicht zu gross. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer aufgestellt und hilfsbereit. Finde die Kabinen, wie das Fitness selbst sauber und sehr schön. Leider gehen die Gäste nicht immer sehr nachsichtig damit um. Bei den Frauen hat es alles was man braucht, Dyson Föhn, Deo, Abschminksachen usw. Tücher und Flaschen, sogar ein Schloss und Kästchen kann man haben. Schön fände ich, wenn der Preis beim Kästchen im Abo inbegriffen wäre, den genauen Grund kenne ich nicht, ev. plausibel. Am Ende des Tages finde ich, das Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis sehr gut. Es kostet genug aber man kriegt richtig viel dafür. Ich war noch nie in einem anderen Fitnessstudio und werde wohl auch nie ein anderes besuchen. Habe mir 1,2 Mal andere Studios angeschaut aber die hatten mich am Ende doch nicht überzeugt. Generell mag ich das Niveau/ Atmosphäre im Studio, man wird nicht begafft oder angemacht. Es geht ums Trainieren und nicht um Nebensächliches - was ich sehr entspannt finde. Die Frauen dürften untereinander noch etwas lieblicher sein, da ist teilweise leider eine gewissen Konkurrenz zu spüren. Der Wellnessbereich finde ich sehr bemerkenswert, er ist schön, gepflegt, es hat Tee und sogar einen Ruheraum. Das Einzige, was ich am alten Ort besser fand; Frauen und Männer hatten einen getrennten Wellnessbereich. Nun wird das Dampfbad geteilt, die Männer sind auch hier sehr diskret. Das Dampfbad ist sehr schön in Szene gesetzt und sehr grosszügig gebaut. Die Trainer sind immer top ausgebildet und sehr aufgestellt, man kann die alles Fragen und sind echt auf dem neusten Stand. Das Indigo mag gegen aussen etwas arrogant wirkten, finde ich selber gar nicht. Es ist ein Fitness, das nicht nur funktional ist, sondern dazu auch noch sehr schön! Es verbindet qualitatives Training mit Wellness und Luxus, das soll seinen Preis/ Wert haben. Es wird einem leicht gemacht sich schnell wohlzufühlen und sich ganz auf sein Training zu konzentrieren. Ich bedanke mich beim gesamten Indigo Team für die tolle Zeit!

My membership is almost finished and I am happy to go to another gym. I took the membership as part of a special deal when they were still at the old location, which was great. Let me start with the pro's of this gym. The staff has been very friendly and the design looks nice. Now the con's: The gym is dirty. you walk with your dirty shoes through the gym in order to enter the changing rooms. The changing rooms are extremely small, messy and give absolutely no privacy or personal space. When the gym opened there were all-natural cosmetics from Soeder, meanwhile this has changed to Jo Malone and Nivea products which are full of synthetics. During peak hours, you'll have to que to use machines as there are too many members and the space is too small. For functional training there are a few options but not many. The spa used to be seperated but is now mixed and as a man you have to walk via a dark fire staircase down to the spa. The mixed spa has led to lots of frustration as you can "come as who you are" - in Indigo language this means that you can use swimwear or be naked. Now there is the nude crowd and the prude crowd who is dressed. Both parties now feel uncomfortable and wearing swimwear in a sauna in Switzerland is very uncommon. Also the women have a female only sauna but the men don't. On top of that people are on their phones and already two times there were "influencers" taking pictures in the spa area while others were walking around nude and trying to relax. Indigo positions itself as a premium gym. If you consider small changing rooms with no personal space, nivea products and queing for machines as premium, this is your gym. Personally I prefer to go elsewhere.

Liebes Indigo-Team, ich bin seit Eröffnung Eures neuen Standortes Mitglied bei Euch und war von Anfang an begeistert. Die Top-Lage und das moderne, saubere Gym haben mich sofort überzeugt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Mitglieder und Mitarbeiter bei Indigo – sie sind in meinen Augen euer unique Selling Point. Die gegenseitige Achtung und die Einhaltung der Ordnung schaffen eine aussergewöhnliche Atmosphäre. Leider musste ich jedoch feststellen, dass das Gym zunehmend überfüllt ist. Viele Neukunden, angelockt durch Werbung und attraktive Angebote, beeinträchtigen zunehmend die bisher so geschätzte Atmosphäre. Mein Vorschlag wäre, die Preise zu erhöhen. Indigo ist ein Boutique-Luxus-Gym, und eine Preissteigerung könnte dazu beitragen, die hohe Qualität und das exklusive Ambiente zu bewahren. Ich bin überzeugt, dass der Grosse Teil der Mitglieder diesen Schritt verstehen und akzeptieren würde.

Noch kein Upgrade zum vorherigen Standort. Grds. nach wie vor ein gutes Fitnessstudio. Es scheint als ob man notgedrungen umziehen musste und dabei den Bau der (Männer-) Umkleidekabinen dabei vergessen hätte. Die Umkleidekabinen sind aktuell nicht mal auf dem Niveau eines Low Budget Gyms. Viel zu wenig Platz alle sitzen auf einander und musste schon zum zweiten Mal fast halbnackt an den Empfang da das Schlosssystem nachweislich nicht korrekt funktioniert. Das look und feel der Umkleidekabine entspricht auch nicht dem Rest des Gyms und verursacht durch alle Umstände dann eher Stress (da kann man sich den Gang in den Wellnessbereich auch sparen) Tipps von Trainern gabs bei mir auch noch nie bzw. gibts diese wahrscheinlich auch nur auf Sympathie. Das Personal ist aber nach wie vor top und sehr freundlich. Im aktuellen Zustand würde ich eher andere Gyms in diesem Preissegment empfehlen.

This has to get two stars for its low value. Indigo is an okay gym at best. I couldn't find a 20kg bar for the bench, and had to load my weights onto a low-radius 15kg bar, making it harder to balance. It lacks a lot of equipment and space. This makes the price of 150 CHF per month almost insulting. If you can get by with the few machines, just train casually once in a while, and need a way to burn your abundance of money - then this is great. Otherwise, spend your money better at Puregym or similar.

Indigo Fitness Zurich is a real gem! The gym offers a spotless environment with professional equipment, a serene spa, and exceptionally friendly staff. What I also love is the variety of different group lessons. They go the extra mile with special touches like Molton Brown products, Dyson hair dryers, and delicious tea and coffee. Kudos to Indigo Fitness Zurich for delivering an exceptional fitness and wellness experience. Continued success is well-deserved! ️‍♂️

Für den Preis etwas klein. Zu "Stosszeiten" dadurch etwas voll. Dann muss man teils auf sein Gerät warten. Die Öffnungszeiten am Wochenende finde ich auch ehrlichgesagt nicht ganz angemessen. Zur Zeit schliesst das Studio bereits um 18 Uhr. Ich würde mir wünschen, bis 20 oder 21 Uhr bleiben zu können. So verteilt es sich dann auch vielleicht etwas besser. Ansonsten super. Inzwischen liegt da ein Dyson Föhn in der Frauengarderobe. Sauber, ordentlich und stylish.

Eins der besten Gyms in Zürich. Alles sehr sauber und neu. Überall Technogym Geräte auf dem neusten Stand. Staff ist qualifiziert und sehr nett. Lounge Ecke mit Kaffee und heissem Tee á discretion. Im oberen Stock ein Wasser Dispenser, was seeehr praktisch ist. Dann SPA und Sauna Bereich sind seeehr grosszügig und funktionieren immer einwandfrei. Ich war anfangs nicht sehr mit den Öffnungszeiten einverstanden, aber man gewöhnt sich dran :)

Literally, you guys thought about every single detail to provide the best service for the clients. This is without a question the best gym in Zurich. The management is super friendly and accommodating, the staff is always smiling, everything is clean, and they have thought about the little things to make your workout more enjoyable (towels, water bottles, spa, etc.). The machines are new and great variety too. I strongly recommend Indigo Fitness!

Wirklich ein super Gym! Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Vielzahl and Geräten, Gewichten und Zubehör ermöglicht es alles auf jede Art und Weise zu trainieren. Zudem finde ich super, dass immer eine Fachperson vor Ort ist und man zusätzlich zum Gym auch ins Spa gehen kann, was eine super Ergänzung zum Training bietet.

Awesome gym, well equipped, towel service, awesome spa. Great for both functional and traditional lifting and training. Love both this and their Basel branch and don’t understand the whiny reviews, so what you take 5 steps through a hip restaurant at a prime location in Old Town! Keep it up Indigo

They moved to a new address. A lot of things didn’t work out so well initially but I see them constantly improving: locker room, hangers in the shower, toilet, path to the sauna, shower gel (the local brand is really bad. It’s a waste of soap), handrail on the stairs. In a nutshell, great work!

Cool vibes, great equipment. What I love, is the fact that they play music you can hear. Other gyms like Migros Fitness park only plays soft music (I assume because the older members complain If music is too loud). This gym is trendy, with good atmosphere.
