"This is the list of stations of the Namma Metro also known as Bangalore Metro, a rapid transit system serving the city of Bangalore in India. As of January 2021, there are 45 metro stations in the network, which were completed and operational as a part of Phase I, and a small section of Phase 2. The metro stations throughout Bangalore are well maintained structures with amenities for all kinds of people i.e. disabled people. The metro entrance has a flight of stairs as well as a ramp for wheelchair users. From the ramp the disabled people can use the elevator to reach the platform. After the entrance the access to the next level is via another flight of stairs as well as an escalator. The stairways have a wide breadth which allows easy circulation. It has two sets of railings of different heights. The railway platform floors have a small number of seaters at a far distance wrt each other. The seating areas are well shaded and clean. They have CCTV cameras at various corners. They have a hygienic washroom at every station. The interiors of the metro trains are efficient. It has overhead handles for the people who stand as well as poles for support. It has seats that are demarcated for different people such as disabled , old people , pregnant women. The metro is a very efficient method of travel and makes life easy."

Most worst experience! Why does banglore metro not have QR codes of phonepe and other online payment apps? That codes would be a lot helpful for passengers to book tickets on their own.Very very inconsiderate staff... they have made me run around the station like 4 times because of their lack of efficiency in work. They have kept talking in kannada though I have informed that I'm unaware of the language. I had to move from one counter to other asking to help me because one of the staff couldn't generate ticket for my luggage. I literally had a train to catch and was running late with all this nonsense. I even wonder why we have to pay for luggage in banglore metro. I am a hyderabadi and never experienced such situations there. The metro service is excellent there.

I had a worst experience today evening at the Indiranagar metro station which is near apoorva hospital road. when I went to recharge my card. I Clearly told him to recharge for 50Rs but this person recharged it for 200Rs I don't know whether he was deaf he told me i can't refund please excuse me it's my mistake. How can they do this to a passenger I clearly told him to recharge for 50rs how can he say that by mistake I recharged for 200rs. Whoever is the manager for indiranagar station please lookin to this issue. I wasted my time and I had to pay 200Rs. This shouldn't happen to anybody else.

Always the best place. You name the brand in town and you'll definitely find it in Indiranagar. Be it posh to economic, everything is available in this place. Good roads, food chains, restaurants and pubs, hang out places, new start up firms, business entities..... etc. Most happening place in town. Night life is too amazing with the best in class pubs playing peppy numbers. All the famous DJ stars have been a part of these party nights. Schools are amazing. People are lovely. Place is lovely. Pleasant parks, greenery everywhere. Well maintained and safe locality.

We were buying tickets to mg road and the man at the counter refused to give us change even though we could see that he had change. Then another woman stepped in and told us she can't give us change because they need to give it to other people. I don't know what sense that makes. When my friend insisted that she give us the change that we could clearly see she had, she threw the money and the tokens at us. This is the kind of customer service people have to deal with at indiranagar metro station.

Not evqen 1 star ...I supposed to catch my last train towards Mysore road.. at 21:05..(last train starting from byappanahalli at 21:00..becoze of Covid) I reached at entrance exactly 21:03.I carrying metro card..I can easily catch the train. those security people are stopped me at entrance.. they are saying no entry after 9:00pm.. disappointed ..I missed my train. Metro authority is not giving proper training to those people. @ Indiranagar 19/10/2020.

Definitely one among the clean and efficient metro stations in the town. Well maintained and well behaved. Two things to be corrected are 1. The very educated and cultured passengers are not following lane discipline. And it's not even attended by the staff. 2. The exhaust fan in the gents restroom is placed too low, and it invites accidents for sure. It's too low and exposed. And should be rectified at the earliest.

Terrible staff, they scream around at their passengers left right centre. There is a certain way of handling and managing passengers, I can understand their jobs are overwhelming, but screaming at passengers isn't the way to follow. I've had many complaints against them but, I chose today to leave a review seeing a senior aged woman getting screamt at by a lady in the customer service kiosk. NOT DONE

Very well maintained. Escalator and the lifts were clean and working condition. Very friendly staff and efficient ticketing staff. Multiple ticket counters and they knew few other languages than Kannada. The staff helped an old couple to board the metro without any trouble. Very clean station. But parking is not there, which is a problem with most of the metro stations.

This metro station is between Halasuru and Swami Vivekananda Road metro station in the purple line. This station has good amount of footfall due to the Indiranagar pubs and offices. It is well connected as you can easily get an auto or cab just outside of the station. Paid Parking facilities are also there for your two wheeler. At the time of writing it is 40₹ per day.

Good station, came to visit TVs office .Indiranagar in tumkur , nelemangala taluk hospital and Mysore .Indiranagar all over India . Hopefully when In metro station we are not roaming in nelemangala,Mysore and tumkur !!!!, Well maintained metro station, Bengaluru has too many common places matching with tumkur- arshikere - tiptur belt along with Mysore .

Pros: All metro stations are well maintained and clean. As good rest rooms and drinking water facility, also disable friendly. Cons: No escalator to come down from platforms , only single escalator. Considering you have more commuters it would be better for them. Also no parking facility which is huge let down. No seating near counter area.

the only metro station for the indiranagar and surrounding areas, part of the purple line . the overall station build quality could be better, the time and cost they have taken to construct this is no where close to what it could have been. The building needs regular maintenence , it could have been built to much more world class standards.

Well maintained station. Located on CMH road, near KFC signal. Trains run on time needless to say. Staff are polite and helpful. The place gives good shelter in times of rain. Lots of people use this place for daily commute. The station also had a shop known as Mr. Pronto. This shop repairs bags, changes non-functional zips and much more.

Worst customer service! I recharged my smart card via online for ₹50/- but it was not reflecting at my destination station. BMRC staff were RUDE and told me online recharge takes 2 hours to update. They forced me to recharge for another 50, if I don't recharge I can pay 15 and leave, but another 50 will be charged as penalty.

Located on the main 100 feet Road in Indiranagar, it's quite a busy station, always crowded. Though the main road is crowded, it is a very old residential area, and the interior areas are quiet, with beautiful residences. The area around the Metro station is quite busy and crowded. The station itself is very neat and clean.

It's good for people travelling near Indiranagar. Also, it is one of those rare stations where the escalators move towards the direction of the metro, generally it's on the opposite side. And there is a facility to put tokens downstairs, so that reduces the crowding up of people to a considerable extent.

I've visited this station on the way to places quite a few times. There isn't much to say about the station itself. There is an auto stand right outside the station which is definitely convenient. As expected, the autos are quite overpriced. But that's life in Bangalore.

In bangalore almost all the metro stations are good and maintain soo much of clinliness. Indhiranagar also one of that maintaining clean. Easy to identify. And staff also very responsive. Morning and evening we will get trains 3 min frequency. Mid day 6 min frequency.

The station is maintained nest and clean. The only problem is they don't switch on the escalator to go towards Bayappanahalli. But the other side it will be on always. One time an aged person was struggling to climb stairs because the escalator was not working.

Its a large metro station with huge stairs and working escalators. Its not very crowded and the staff are friendly. It has visible boards to tell you which way to go. The board are written in English, Hindi and Kannada. The station is neat and well maintained.

Before there was no parking place at the station. Now they have made it. But it is too costly. We have to pay ₹15 for the first 4 hrs and it is the minimum charge where In Vivekananda Metro station it is only ₹5. Very bad service again

It's good and convenient to travel as it's placed in the main locality and also for senior citizens it's very helpful. The only sad part is the Auto's and other vehicles that is parked out side affects the traffic too much.

Good hygiene place. Masks are compulsory but not a single hand sanitizer was placed for the safety.. Finally I founded a UPI scanner to pay for the ticket .. as always they don't have a change to give the money in cash.

Very poor car parking facilities, I wanted to try namma metro, everywhere in Bangalore the car parking is poor, not just metro stations. Because of this, I couldn't travel using metro. Bike parking is only available.

The scanning section at the entrance is really crowded no proper way is maintained to reduce the crowd at the entrance(More probably evening peak hours). Multiple scanning machines can reduce the crowd accumulation.

One of the well maintained Clean Metro Station and staffs are so cooperative and supportive. But to get a ticket in evening time (peak) is too difficult because of the limited opened ticket counters ( max. 2)

There are a huge number of eateries near the metro station. CCD, McDonald's, Burger king are all in the same road. The parking space is less and the road opposite to the metro station is too narrow
