Clothing is amazing and is great quality. Reasonably priced given the quality And cool styles Rating for this store should be a 5 however my rating reflects how poorly designed the counter is and the positioning of the POS system which requires the poor staff to crouch over and try and negotiate their way between the key board and the screen. They can’t pull the keyboard out because the cords are too short From an OHS perspective the person who designed this counter has obviously never worked the store! As for the staff they were sooo amazing and helpful. We bought an item there and then and they helped us place an order for delivery. They are worth 6 stars!!!

I visited the Westfield Burwood store & purchased 2 T Shirts. The reason was the quality & neck fit.& so many T Shirts that are on sale have a neck size that is far too large & would only fit someone over weight. These T Shirts were perfect in quality & I must give a compliment to the store manager who told me they are manufactured in large sizes. I am usually a M size but the i selected Extra Small that fits perfectly. I was so impressed I ordered 4 more on line only because the store did not have the colours I wanted. The point I want to make is that the large neck sizes on most men have no style.

Bought a shirt but the size was not right and they did not have the right size available. Refused a refund even though I brought it back the same day. Not professional for a brand of this calibre not to allow refunds for change of mind purchases. They pointed to a small sign on the desk saying no refunds. Not good service

Disrespectful behaviour of female employee at Burwood Store 08/11/2023 Went there to buy new arrival alessio shirt she treated with harsh words , doesn’t have good hospitality skills. Please train your staff Lost sale of the day Burwood . I rather do in Paramatta my fav store

Terrible service. Staff behind the counter (lebonese) looked very hostile and it was like I was doing them a favor by requesting assistance. Did I interrupt their conversation? Perhaps focus on your job. overpriced, tacky and Chinese made.

Great winter range this year , well laid out displays and spotless clean . The staff there are excellent and really know their products.

I had to wait very long to pay, there were people buying so many things, and two other staff members doing nothing.

Usually great but lacked the shoes I was after. Clothing is awesome.
