"I am a individual owner operator"
Over promised and never delivered. Instead of owning up to the fact that they couldn't fit us into the schedule, they had us drop our truck off. The vehicle sat there for 3 days without being touched. Every time we talked, they were about to start on it and flat out lied. I would look elsewhere before taking any vehicle here.
Took a baler PTO here to be repaired. Pto shield was held on with nylon bushings I had no issues disassembling and reassembling but I guess it was too complicated for them. They kept destroying the bushings. I ended up having to use a machine shop. These people are basically the Jiffylube of big trucks.
Follow up to previous negative rating and reviews. After complaining that Inland had failed to repair leak in the fuel system. They called me and had us bring the truck back and fixed it for free. Thanks to Rick and the tech for resolving this issue.

I am a individual owner operator. Service dept rep was rude and inconsiderate. Had appointment for a Monday for an engine light and some codes. Brought truck in a day early. The truck sat for 2 1/2 days before it was even peeked at. (sat
We took our Bucket truck in for a clutch replacement and a oil leak. They fixed the clutch and put rear main seal in the truck. We got it back and a service engine light was on and it still leaked oil. Took it back and found out they had
I put new leaf springs on the front of my 93' dodge pickup. Had to cut the driver side u bolts off which I thought no big deal these should be easy to find. Boy was I never so wrong on that. After multiple calls and trips to part stores
We at Gabrielson's Truck Repair and Towing would like to thank your team (Gene Bowles, Andrew, and the guy's in the drive line shop) for helping us get the parts together and building the drive line yesterday. Our customer had a time
Joe Beard helped me when I brought my driveshaft in for a balance-check during my warranty period. He helped me right away with zero wait. He went above and beyond to treat me professionally and provide me with better service than I
Dropped off my Aluminum rear drive line, out of my 2000 Ford Ranger 4x4, to be rebuilt. Had a big score in the middle and out of balance. They retubed balanced and new ujoints, beautiful job and only a day and a half turn around...
Very courteous and professional. Did not try to up sale us and did exactly what needed to be done. Even though they usually work on diesel trucks they made time for my gasoline bus. We'll definitely return for future work.
Told the guy what my issue was..he came out to the parking lot with a wrench and a couple o-rings removed old installed new in under 20min ...best part of it is that he didn't charge me! Thank you ITP! No more leak!
I went to them to build me a driveshaft for my 1974 Plymouth Barracuda. They were very helpful and didn't try and upsell me. I received a quality driveshaft at a fair price within 24 hours. Excellent experience...
Absolutely blown away with Andy and the great guys at Inland Truck. They got me taken care of on a busy Friday and went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend the service at this location!
Best experience ive had in a very very long time. From rando ,a very knowledgeable service writer ! To the experienced mechanic al Thompson ! I was in an out in a very expectable amount of time.
Had great service. Everything they ordered was correct and there when they said. Highly recommend them. Had two transmissions rebuilt no problems whats so ever. Supper fast turn around.
Ron just knocked it out of the park for us realizing we had driven 50 miles and due to lucky timing he got the axle right into the shop. We were done in under an hour. Thanks again!
Very nice staff here, they were very helpful when I needed a part cleaned. Even showed me what kind of work they do. A very impressive place.
They do great work on our fleet. We generally just have to use then for transmission work and overheads on our freightliners in our fleet.
Very helpful and informational. Expensive and definitely not a shade tree mechanics shopping center.
Can't be in a rush when you take truck to them but they do good work. Pricy....
