Over priced as compared to other local bowling places but unfortunately it is currently the only one in new Cairo. The bowling lanes are not properly patterned. You can ask the staff to stop the lights on the lane and keep it as a normal one. I had my personal bowling shoe on and the staff kept asking me to either wear socks or take shoes from them and one of them commented rudely on me when I told her I have my bowling shoes on "what's your definition of bowling shoes?" eventhough I clearly explained and she asked her manager to come and talk to me who then accepted I would wear it. There are few arcade games there for kids and ice hockey that you can play. The place is recommended for a friendly outing with your friends but remember to get socks with you. The place is OK if your aim is to play a game or two with your friends for fun but that's it.

Unprofessional staff.. It stated very clearly in the "Q&A" section that kids are allowed, when I went today, they were like "sorry we don't allow kids younger that 12 yo because they cause TROUBLES, but because you have only 1 kid, we will let him in"!!!!!!!!!!! When i asked why this rule wasn't published, they said it was changed last week and they haven't published it yet. Zero professionalism.

I go there a lot and it’s really fun though it’s also the only bowling alley in the area so you’re pretty much forced to go. Would have been 4 or 5 stars but I was unaware that the times change in Ramadan. I am simply asking for whoever manages the places google maps to change the opening times that are currently shown. Hopefully this will prevent other people from making the mistake I did.

Staff is veryyy rude and unprofessional. They clearly were not trained on how to deal with customers (or human beings really!) It felt like they wanted to get rid of us, they did not accept multiple requests we had made and the place is not even cheap for us to be treated so unprofessionally!! We paid like 700+ pounds. They should stay up to the standards of their prices.

Awful. I used to come here and enjoy time. Thanks for new stuff they ruin our experience. And I informed them if they keep that way I won't come again. المكان صغير وجميل. حلو جدا للكبار والاطفال. وممكن ينفع لعمل outing لو جروب مع بعض في شركة. للمكان في ٦ حارات بولينج والعاب VR والعاب للأطفال. فيه كمان كافيه ومساحة كبيرة للترابيزات. وممكن يستضيف أعياد ميلاد ويجهزها. وأسعاره كويسه جدا.

Worn and torn. Balls are old and in a bad condition. Not the place if you wanna play a good game of bowling. A nice place if you wanna just have some fun with friends. Mostly teens there and it's so noisy. Super crowded on weekends

The gaming center is opened 24/7, with an amazing atmosphere, really good gear, top notch. The interior design is amazing and each PC is there to support any game u dreamed off.

Had an absolute blast here with my family. They were busy and we had to wait 1 hour but didn't mind. Great atmosphere, great customer service, very clean and reasonably priced.

It was such a great time spending it there and the service was excellent and the prices are affordable and the place was clean and the quality of the games were sooo good

Nice vibe there and a great place. Prices are great. Staff are really welcoming and there’s lots to do there. Only issue is that it gets a bit crowded during the evening

Saying there is no bowling reservation after knowing that we were only 4 people although he was willing to reserve before knowing our count ….. totally unprofessional

Great neon-lit bowling center / arcade with a nice vibe to it. It's a bit too crowded though and the space isn't that big. Tickets for bowling is 85 egp.

Very fun place to hangout at and great arcade games. People working there are very lovely too and especially the vr team.
