We had a pretty major thunderstorm overnight and lost power to the outlets in half the house. The circuit breaker would just spring back to off each time I tried to reset it. When I rang, Carlos advised me to unplug all appliances on that circuit and try the circuit breaker again, to identify whether it was an appliance issue or an internal wiring issue. By doing that I was able to isolate a power board as the culprit. Carlos' advice was not only accurate but also generous - he willingly missed out on $ by talking me through the solution.

He explain the problems clearly and politely. I really felt like they had my best interest at heart. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't charged the earth, I have no hesitation is recommending them.

We put in a call to have an electrician come out at short notice to replace a bathroom light switch that had become a safety hazard. Matt was at our place within the hour and had the job done in 15 minutes, efficiently and cleanly. He also answered lots of general electrical questions we had, and also advised us on some potential future upgrades. Definitely recommend.

Carlos and the team are wonderful: pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. They did a great job with our air-con, working to diagnose the problem but knowing when to stop and recommend a new unit. I highly recommend Inner West Electrical and Communications. I found the company by google search. IWE was willing to help with smaller electrical work that did not require long to complete, i.e. replacing switches and plug points. IWE completed all work extremely well.
