I have been to several physiotherapy places in Edmonton, however, everywhere I went I felt that I was not getting proper help. I found Innovation (West Henday) and decided to give it a try. Luckily Courtney became my physiotherapist. This young Lady is not only very professional, knowledgeable but understanding and compassionate. Unfortunately Courtney decided to move to Ontario and today was her last day at Innovation. Anyways, with Courtney departure Innovation is losing a very good physiotherapist. I am giving 5 stars only because of Courtney. Without Courtney I would give 4.99.

Over all, it was a a very positive experience the months of physiotherapy and massage I received at Innovation. The customer service is sharp and friendly, the two physiotherapists that worked on my lower back really cared and I improved allot to a point of relief and joy to have the pain going away and mobility I did not experience for a long time. The massage therapy is THE BEST I have ever had. Very professional, technical and I experienced improvements and pain relief in a way I never did with other therapists. Highly Recommended!

Ruuuuuuun, dont even go there as they overcharged our insurance and siphoned all the money, when we went and talked to the front desk we were told as it is for two feet which is considered as two body parts the charge is more per visit. Nobody told us about this at all and now I am stuck with no insurance to pay for my physio. They called back and told me nothing they can do about this. On top of that doctor work on three to five patients during appointment and if you have money to burn sure go ahead.

I had recently injured my back at work & I was sent for physiotherapy so I chose Innovation & got Kevin Button. He assessed my injury & gave me exercises and manual therapy which helped my injury he is a very good physiotherapist would definitely recommend. Also the front end staff are very friendly & is will to help you in anyway they can. I got to say that this place is environmentally friendly because instead of using paper forms they use reusable plastic forms with a marker I was impressed.

Had my first visit here yesterday and saw Joyce. The front desk staff was friendly and organized. I am 35 weeks pregnant and Joyce was very knowledgable and what treatments to avoid while pregnant. She was so calm, and really took her time to assess, treat and educate me on my injury. I felt very comfortable. Today my ankle already feels better. Will definately be going back to her. Thank you. Side note- at home excercises are very important for your progress!

I had the good fortune to speak with Tony today, I truly appreciated his level of knowledge the perspective he brought to the science of physical therapy and the passion that he shared with me about his profession. His infectious personality and love for his patients and healing were clear to me in the short time we spent together. I felt enlightened by my encounter and am grateful for the experience. Keep it up tony!

1st appointment was really good with Jose for upper back pain but 2nd they charge 90$ for barely doing 20Min therapy. Not worth for money I spent and every time he kept asking you have still time left? I mean I have taken a day off because of agony I’m going through and I am coming by booking prior appointment then what is the meaning of asking you still have time? Never visiting again neither recommending.

Absolutely Brilliant. Feeling marked improvement in just two visits. My issue was diagnosed and the regiment of exercises prescribed was EXACTLY what I needed because I'm feeling much better after only the second visit. I have home exercises to do daily. In my opinion everyone over 50 should be seeing physio BEFORE age related issues from become a problem. Innovation Physio realy knows thier stuff.

I started going to Innovation in August is 2021 with a pretty serious rib/back injury from work. Himani has worked with me almost every day since the accident and I honestly feel better than I did before the accident. Great staff, friendly service, always bright and welcoming, and they know their stuff ! Definitely check out the west henday location if your in pain and want to feel better ! 10/10

Really awesome physical therapy place! Was recommended through work, and I'm really happy I went here. Joyce is an amazing physical therapist and really listens to your issue and does everything to fix it. If you need any type of dry needling/acupuncture I would highly recommend Pushpinder - she knows exactly what she is doing and really cares about your progress.

I have been seeing Anna for a knee injury and she has been wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and takes her time during each visit to check your progress, make sure she hasn't missed anything, and explains exactly how each exercise works to strengthen and fix the underlying issue. They were also able to direct bill to my benefits provider which was also a bonus!

I would recommend this place to anyone needing a physio treatment. I've been going here for over a year now. Joyce is wonderful! She simply has magic hands. She's a healer. She knows what she's doing, she's nice, sweet and very gentle. Their customer service is outstanding. Very clean place. Lots of free parking.

Very bad experience, I suggest everyone if you need physiotherapist don’t go to this innovation physical therapy..today I got wrist pain I went there they charge me 115$ for only 15 min …they do nothing 5 min for paperwork , they told me treatment take 1 hr…but nothing,,after visiting getting more pain..

The customer service here is pretty bad. They are crooks. I had multiple therapists in a short period of time. Turn over seems bad and what's worse is that every new therapist I get I have to pay a new initial consult. I asked to speak to a manager and got no call back.

5 stars for the wonderful people at Innovation Physio! I came to see Joyce after a neck injury and I am so impressed with the kind treatment and detailed explanations of what happened and how the treatments work to fix it. I recommend this location to everyone!

Himani has helped me immensely with my chronic shoulder pain that is caused from my severe scoliosis. I will always choose to see Himani when I am in need of physio, unfortunately my benefits didn’t last long, but I definitely will be back!

The staff here is amazing super friendly. I have been going for a few weeks now and i just can not say enough how it has helped me with my ankles. I would recommend them to anyone. Keep doing what you guys are doing. You’re amazing.

The staff there are so wonderful and friendly. Tore a ligament and was recommended to here, and it has been nothing but help and kindness through the process. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs something like physio.

From walking in, everyone was pleasent & worked to get you in & out in a timely manner. The physical therapy attention is going well, & I'll be back again if I have any other issues in the future.

The clinic is just ok. I have seen many Physio clinics and this one is just mediocre. They don’t really focus on healing the root cause, just want you to keep coming back

Everyone here is always so friendly and the Physical Therapists are so knowledgeable. My children and I have had great treatments here and I would highly recommend them.
