Moufid came out in the afternoon after calling him & advising him of the problem at the house. (Lights not working.) He was very punctual & I thank him for that but unfortunately he couldn’t diagnose the problem at the house. He said that it could be a junction box in the ceiling. Wanted to come out another day & charge me more money to fix the problem, the cost was $150 which i paid. I found another electrician who came out 2 days later & found the problem immediately & fixed it within the hour. The fan in one of the rooms was faulty & cut the wires & the lights to the rest of the house. The only reason I didn’t give you one star was because you came out that afternoon.

I used Moufid's services to install a cooktop and oven. He came home to assess the job, quoted a very reasonable price and was very professional. He has done a very good job with the installation of the cooktop and oven, was punctual, explained everything very well and cleaned the place. Very professional and friendly and charges are reasonable. He was also very kind enough to fix one of my cabinet cupboards which had broken, a while ago and is very much appreciated. I have no hesitation to give him a 5 star rating and would highly recommend him to family to friends.

Moufid came out to do a really extensive quote for me with no obligations, and even advised me of unnecessary that another contractor had been pushing for me to do under their quote. The end quote was really competitive and after completing the works asked for in one day (including main switchboard and a sub-board upgrade to breakers from ceramic fuses), we had added extra scope and him and his team completed it with no fuss and continued to be very well priced. Super friendly and honest, definitely would be happy to give him a call for future electrical work.

I am glad that we used his services, he had been easy to talk to, quick to communicate back and when we rang due to report an issue, he was quick to come back and rectify the problem. Very reliable service, reasonable cost and also happy to provide advise. Brand new kitchen appliances installed working well and I used the oven for the first time and no glitch, perfectly cooked chicken roast for dinner. Thanks again. Would fully recommend.
