Do NOT do your taxes here. They will make numerous typos and mistakes on your tax return that will lead to CRA refusing it. Doesn't matter if you bring and show your government ID, these people will write down your name wrong anyway. Even though we went to get our taxes done very early, way before the deadline, our tax returns ended up being filed late, past the deadline, because this office took a MONTH to finally notify us that the returns had been rejected by e-file. All just because this incompetent office misspelled our names! Their staff then had to mail our returns by paper mail to CRA instead, which delayed it further. Later, we found out they misspelled our address too! Just unbelievable. Go literally anywhere else but here for your taxes. These people don't have a clue what they're doing.
