We needed some bar stools. We'd searched high and low and couldn't find anything that caught our eye. To our surprise, Instyle had just what we were looking for, at a great price to boot. "Are they in stock?" we asked. We were informed they needed to be shipped from interstate so they may take a week or two. Eek. We really needed something immediately. Should have gone to IKEA, we thought. The staff member - maybe the owner? - was proactive. He swapped our one of the seats with another base so we had two of the same colour. It meant we went a lighter colour base, but it also meant we had the stools immediately. We even knocked off some dollars as they were 'ex demo'. So so appreciative of this proactivity. Great customer service. We purchased a white entertainment unit, which was promptly delivered in an undamaged box. On opening it had major damage - it looked like it had been dropped at some point. It was hard to imagine how that could happen without damaging the box and thus throwing possible cause onto us. But Sam and Casandra never went down that path and courteously and efficiently arranged a replacement unit that arrived 3 days later. That one was perfect. Recommended for peace of mind shopping.

Ordered a dining table & chairs from Instyle Living. On delivery a piece of the table was broken so we emailed that evening to advise. The email was responded to that night with a follow up phone call from Sam the next morning. Not only did Sam come out that day and replace the piece, he also offered to put the table together for me as well. Amazing service and love the table & chairs as well.

Sam was just amazing. We purchased our new home off the plan and bought several beautiful pieces including dining suite, coffee tables and entertainment unit. We had delays with settlement and Sam was so understanding and held our order for us. The eventual delivery was prompt and efficient. Had a problem with an item I purchased. After explaining the problem, Sam didn't hesitate to replace the item with a brand new one no questions asked. Gorgeous furniture and furnishings in this store. We had a lovely mooch around here today as we are thinking about refreshing our lounge and dinning area. The staff were helpful providing us with information on different options. Well worth a looksee.

Nice range of soft furnishings in a smallish centre with plenty of parking. Store has a good range but the lady in the store is a little testy. Maybe she was having a bad day
